• Project Description:

  Join the team modernizing the software delivery process for the Body Controls Organization, focusing on Body Control Module (BCM) and Battery Access Module (BAM) Electronic Control Units (ECUs) within the Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) architecture. This initiative aims to design, implement, and maintain a robust Level 2 (L2) testing framework using a Virtual ECU (vECU) platform. The framework will automate and continuously improve software validation, ensuring all functional and performance requirements are verified in a virtual environment before hardware deployment. Integration with CI/CD pipelines will deliver continuous feedback on component quality, enabling early defect detection and improved software stability.

  - Develop a scalable and modular Virtual ECU Development Studio (VEDS) for BCM and BAM ECUs.

Position Summary

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Developer to lead the development of scalable game backends and oversee the creation of advanced tools for game management. As a technical leader, you will guide a team of developers in designing robust, high-performance systems while promoting technical excellence and teamwork.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance game backends.
• Build and enhance tools for administration and game monitoring.
• Triage and resolve production incidents, ensuring uptime and system stability.

  Requirements
• 7+ years of .NET development experience.
• Expertise in Web API http://ASP.NET  Core and .NET 7+.
• Proven experience with both Monolithic and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Deep understanding of AWS services.
• Experience designing and implementing high-load, scalable backend architectures.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and WebSockets.
• Strong SQL and Entity Framework skills.
• Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) as part of daily development workflow. The ideal candidate understands how to effectively leverage AI for productivity while maintaining code quality and architectural integrity.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
