- Validate conversational AI systems and LLM outputs (quality, consistency, edge cases)

- Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)

- Work closely with developers and product team to ensure product quality

- Actively use AI tools to speed up and improve QA workflows

- Track and manage tasks in JIRA
 

Requirements:

- 4 years of experience in QA

- Strong background in manual testing

- Proven experience setting up QA processes from scratch

- Hands-on experience with REST API testing

- Experience testing React applications

- Experience with data-driven systems

- Solid experience testing conversational AI / LLM-based products (must-have)

- Experience with JIRA
 

Nice to have:

- Basic automation skills (Python / JS or similar)

- Experience working in product teams

- Understanding of CI/CD processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Java (Spring Boot)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis in production environments
• Configure and maintain Kubernetes deployments and Linux-based cloud infrastructure
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability

• Participate in technical design discussions and implementation decisions
