What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own lead sourcing by identifying and building high-quality prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools;
• Enrich and qualify leads by validating contact details and adding firmographic and role-based insights (company size, industry, needs) to prioritize sales-ready prospects;
• Keep our CRM clean and reliable by proactively removing duplicates, updating outdated records, and maintaining strong data hygiene;

• Partner closely with SDRs to support outbound campaigns, share insights, and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports that drive pipeline growth.

   

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Upper-Intermediate English (B1) or higher;
• Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets and LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator fundamentals;
• Ability to efficiently collect, analyze, and organize large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy;

• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, combined with high productivity and exceptional attention to detail.

   

It would be a plus if you have:

• Background in sales research, outreach, lead generation, or prospecting;

• Familiarity with research methodologies and common data sourcing and email discovery/validation tools, such as PhantomBuster, Snov.io, Hunter, or similar platforms.

About the role:

The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in driving customer growth and cultivating long-term, trusted relationships. This position directly impacts our team’s success by increasing customer lifetime value and supporting ongoing engagement within the platform.

Part of the Sales team, you’ll be a crucial link between the company and our clients, working with top-tier global brands, visionary entrepreneurs, and decision-makers managing advertising budgets. • Support clients in achieving the best possible results using the platform by analyzing their profiles, business specifics, roles, goals, and expectations, combined with thorough research.
• Ensure smooth execution of client campaigns by selecting the most effective products tailored to their objectives and desired outcomes.
• Advise clients on new products, services, promotions, and special offers to maximize their success.
• Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular health checks on your client portfolio, identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing any issues.
• Drive growth by increasing customer lifetime value, order frequency, and average revenue.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM, ensuring all communications are properly logged.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members to enhance results and share best practices.
• Proven sales expertise and a strong understanding of customer needs; proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas, improve processes, and drive innovation.
