A US-based recruitment outsourcing company selected us as their technology partner. Our client created an in-house solution that streamlines talent acquisition process for their clients. It’s been a backbone of their day-to-day operations for several years, and now the organisation has outgrown this solution slightly. The time to modernise this platform has come.

Before resuming the active development phase, the client wants to stabilise the solution, while addressing some key issues. As this platform plays a supportive role to their business (and does not generate revenue directly), the client wants to start 2025 with minimum resources. SPG considers a team of full-time software engineer, part-time QA engineer, DevOps and PM. There are plans to ramp the team up in the future.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to build the core intelligence layer of our Session Analyzer product: scoring, audience segmentation, and prescriptive recommendations for pharmaceutical marketing teams. You will operate as a “full-stack” data scientist across data validation, data engineering (prod pipelines), ML modeling, causal measurement, and AI-assisted workflows (agents for insights and data diagnostics). About the Role

This is not a traditional PR role.

We are looking for someone who understands how attention works in modern media — and knows how to build it from scratch. The role sits at the intersection of PR, content distribution, and growth thinking. You will be responsible for visibility of the company and founders across media, social platforms, and communities.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Positioning

• Build a PR strategy from scratch: positioning, messaging, key communication angles
• Define and develop Tone of Voice for the company and founders' personal brands

• Generate strong news angles and narratives that attract media attention and spark discussion

   

Media & Outreach

• Organize founder participation in podcasts, interviews, and media placements — from outreach to negotiations
• Build relationships with media, podcast hosts, and content creators in the business and AI space

• Prepare press releases, announcements, and communication materials for external distribution

   

Distribution & Growth

• Distribute content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, and other platforms
• Work with communities and discussions to amplify reach and engagement

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in PR, media, content, or growth-related roles
• Experience working with English-speaking markets — required

• Experience with media outreach, podcasts, or partnerships

• English C1 or higher — content creation, pitching, communication with native speakers

Your Mission

Build a marketing machine that generates a predictable flow of qualified B2B and B2C leads and rapidly validates product hypotheses through real traffic and paying customers.

What You'll Do

- Define positioning and messaging for key segments (founders, C-level, SMB, mid-market) 

- Design and run omnichannel funnels: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, content, partnerships 

- Run A/B tests on landing pages, offers, pricing and onboarding flows - Set up full funnel tracking and analytics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, conversion by step
