Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in defense, tech, or hardware
industries
Exceptional organizational and communication skills in managing multiple stakeholders
Solid experience with project tracking and task management systems
Understanding of systems integration, testing procedures, and product lifecycle
management
Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
Technical background (engineering, robotics, defense systems) is a strong plus
Experience working with military or government clients is highly preferred

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position
• Strong understanding of animation principles, video editing, composition, and color theory

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a crowd marketing strategy with a strong focus on Reddit.
• Identify and manage relevant platforms: Reddit, Quora, niche forums, review/rating platforms, industry communities, Q&A websites, and other discussion-based sources.
• Create, warm up, grow, and manage multiple accounts across platforms, building karma, trust, credibility, and natural user behavior.
• Participate in relevant discussions with natural, contextual comments, posts, answers, brand mentions, and links.
• Monitor mentions of NuxGame, competitors, and relevant industry topics across communities.
• Track performance, moderation risks, platform rules, traffic, placements, and overall impact.
• Test new platforms, approaches, automations, account setups, posting formats, and outreach angles.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Reddit marketing, account growth, and community-based linkbuilding.
• Practical understanding of multi-account management across Reddit, Quora, forums, review platforms, and similar sources.
• Ability to deliver measurable results: live placements, indexed links, traffic, mentions, engagement, and visibility.
• Ability to independently find relevant communities, topics, discussions, and placement opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing results.
• Experience with automation tools, AI tools, account management tools, and tracking systems is a plus.
