• Досвід в affiliate-маркетингу в iGaming від 3 років (B2C, Tier-1 ринки);
• Сильні переговорні навички та розвинену мережу контактів в індустрії;
• Досвід у побудові ефективної команди та процесів з нуля;
• Готовність до ділових поїздок (3–5 разів на рік).

🎯 Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи з великими обсягами трафіку;
• Розуміння воронки продукту та ключових метрик: conversion, retention;
• Наявність контактів у партнерських мережах, серед вебмайстрів, рекламодавців, на СРА-платформах.

💼 Твоїми щоденними завданнями будуть:

• Побудова або масштабування стратегії affiliate-маркетингу;
• Залучення нових партнерів і розвиток стосунків із наявними;
• Побудова KPI та процесів у команді Affiliate, формування команди під потреби бізнесу;
• Управління командою affiliate-менеджерів;
• Розвиток наявної Affiliate програми компанії;
• Впровадження процесу перевірки якості трафіку та виявлення фроду;
• Аналіз трафіку та конверсій, когортний аналіз, моніторинг Daily / Weekly / Monthly звітів;
• Контроль за виплатами партнерам;
• Побудова звітів за основними метриками;
• Бюджетування та контроль витрат на affiliate-маркетинг;
• Представлення компанії на міжнародних конференціях (SiGMA, iGB тощо) та розвиток партнерської мережі офлайн.
