    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Process payments via assigned payment methods (PayPal, Paxum, bank wire).
    • Manage an internal corporate project related to recurring payments and maintain the Payment Calendar.
    • Execute recurring payments for corporate resources and record them in JIRA for further accounting in QuickBooks.
    • Monitor corporate communication channels of the Treasury team.
    • Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding payment-related matters.
    • Record cash flow transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks).
    • Reconcile balances of designated corporate accounts with accounting system data throughout the reporting month.
    • Participate in the monthly closing process.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the department.
    • Create and update departmental instructions and policies.
    • Participate in global and cross-functional initiatives of the department.

     

    WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

    • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields.
    • 1-1.5 years of work experience in the field of finance, preferably in an IT industry environment.
    • MS Excel, Google Sheets on Advanced level.
    • English - Intermediate (comfortable with written communication).
    • Will be an advantage:
    • Knowledge and experience with different payment systems.
    • Knowledge and experience with JIRA and accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc).

    About the Role

    We are looking for an ASO Graphic Designer to join our ASO Team on a long-term freelance basis.

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for the full production cycle of ASO graphics, ensuring every visual—from icons to screenshots—is technically perfect and ready for rapid testing.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • ASO Graphics Production: Create high-quality designs for screenshots, icons, Feature Graphics, and In-App Event banners.
    • Custom Product Pages (CPP): create tailored store pages for specific marketing requests and audience segments.
    • Adaptation & Localization: Design layouts for all devices (iPhone, iPad, Android), including Dark/Tinted Mode and multi-language typesetting.
    • Autonomous Material Prep: Independently source and update the latest UI screens from product files. Verify all text and data before beginning design work.
    • Technical Quality Control: Ensure every asset follows the latest Apple and Google Play guidelines: dimensions, safe zones, platform-specific requirements etc.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Core Requirements:

    • Experience: 1.5+ years of commercial experience in graphic design.
    • ASO Expertise: At least 6 months of focused experience in ASO and store creatives (screenshots, icons).
    • Figma Skills: High-level proficiency in Auto-layout, Components, Variants, and Styles to build and maintain scalable design systems.
    • Design Tools: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for high-quality raster processing, retouching, and image editing.

     

    Would be a plus:

    • AI Tools: Experience using AI generators such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Photoshop AI to create assets.
    • Motion Design: Basic skills in Motion Design for creating video previews for app stores.
    • ASO Metrics: An understanding of ASO metrics (CVR, CTR) and the principles of how visuals impact conversion.

    • In-depth knowledge of acquisition channels: paid ads, SEO, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing.
    • Experience managing large budgets and working with analytics tools (BI systems, ROI/CPA reporting).
    • Strong skills in media planning, customer journey mapping (CJM), and funnel analysis.

       

    Preferred:

    • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience in ASO and SERM is a plus.
