This role is focused on building new features, improving AI Agent performance, and developing new Agents.

     

    You will work directly on an active product and help us:

    • Design and implement new features on top of an existing system
    • Build advanced file export and reporting functionality (PDF, Excel, structured reports)
    • Improve accuracy, consistency, and performance of LLM outputs
    • Maintain and optimize generating charts and graphs using LLMs
    • Create evaluation pipelines to measure and optimize model performance
    • Implement validation layers and deterministic post-processing

     

    Core Requirements

    Full-Stack Engineering

    • React (or similar frontend framework) experience
    • .NET Backend development experience
    • Working with AWS (or similar cloud environments)
    • Knowledge with relative and document databases 

     

    AI / LLM Engineering

    • Proven experience integrating LLMs into real applications
    • Experience with MCP and understanding how it works
    • Structured output generation (JSON, reports, analytics)
    • Prompt engineering and workflow optimization
    • Building evaluation frameworks and test suites for AI systems

    Key Responsibilities:

    Platform & Application Support

    • Provide day-to-day technical support for a Power Platform–based solution (Power Apps, Power Automate)
    • Ensure stable operation across Production and Test environments
    • Support existing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate flows without introducing high-risk changes

    Incident & Issue Management

    • Monitor system health, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
    • Manage social media accounts for both the company and its internal projects
    • Optimize social media profiles, improve positioning, and grow engaged audiences
    • Create and publish engaging content (posts, briefs for visuals, short-form video, stories)
    • Produce short-form video content such as Reels and Shorts 
    • Work with AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, and optimization
    • Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers
    • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a professional tone
    • Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance team

       

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content management
    • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
    • Experience working with analytics tools (native platform analytics)
    • Excellent English writing skills
    • Ability to create concise, persuasive copy for different audiences
    • Ability to adapt tone of voice and content style for different platforms, audiences, and projects
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Proactive mindset and attention to detail
    • Experience in digital marketing agencies is a plus

    • Experience with B2B marketing
    • Experience working with international markets
    • Video editing or motion design skills
      Experience using graphic design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva
