    🔍 Responsibilities:

    • Analyze player behavior and key product metrics: DAU, MAU, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Retention, Churn.
    • Identify anomalies and growth opportunities: quickly spot deviations and trends.
    • Analyze traffic performance by channel (CPA, RevShare, Media Buying, SEO, etc.): from click to FTD, CR, ROI, ARPU.
    • Segment users and traffic sources by value (LTV cohorts, ROI, payback periods).
    • Calculate and visualize key casino KPIs: GGR, NGR, FTD, Conversion Rate, Hold %, Bonus Abuse, etc.
    • Work with affiliate traffic: detect fraud, multi-accounting, low-quality sources.
    • Participate in building ETL pipelines and event-based data models.
    • Write SQL queries and work directly with the replica database (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
    • Build dashboards and reports in BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, etc.).
    • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to analyze promo campaigns, email performance, A/B tests, and more.


    ✅ Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in iGaming / Gambling analytics.
    • Solid understanding of core online casino metrics: FTD, ARPU, LTV, Hold %, Churn, ROI, etc.
    • Confident in SQL: window functions, subqueries, aggregations.
    • Understanding of BI/ETL infrastructure and event-based data models.
    • Strong product mindset: you understand how data drives growth.

    The Role

    We’re looking for a Frontend Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join us remotely. You’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing the frontend of one of our three products, integrating it with our backend, and contributing to our digital transformation goals. This is a chance to take ownership of impactful projects, work autonomously, and grow within a supportive team!

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
    • Optimize frontend components for speed and scalability with techniques like code splitting and lazy loading.
    • Integrate with our REST API backend, collaborating with backend developers via Swagger documentation (Nest.js).
    • Work with the team to ensure high-quality code and seamless user experiences.

     

    Our Tech Stack

    • Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Material UI, TypeScript, HTML, CSS;
    • State & Data: SWR, Zustand, React Hook Form, Valtio;
    • API: REST API (Nest.js backend with Swagger);

    Language & Communication

    Our team primarily communicates in Russian, so fluency or strong proficiency is expected for effective collaboration. Documentation and code reviews may be in English, but daily communication happens in Russian.

    • Experience: at least 2 years in frontend development with strong React.js and Next.js skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, Git, REST API integration, and CSR (Client-Side Rendering). Knowledge of server-side rendering.
    • Performance: Familiarity with code splitting, lazy loading, and optimization techniques.
    • Bonus Skills: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Docker, Nest.JS, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, testing, accessibility best practices.
    • Soft Skills: Teamwork, communication, problem-solving, initiative, and the ability to take responsibility.
