AI Engineer(Voice AI)

You’ll work on real-world problems in Voice AI, building and testing agents that interact with actual customers, and evaluating and improving how AI Voice Agents perform. You will join a growing team that values ownership and a dynamic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Voice AI agent pipelines: from prompt engineering to testing and refinement
• Contribute to internal automation projects
• Participate in evaluations and internal testing
• Participate in dataset preparation and fine-tuning tasks

• Actively document and share improvements and learnings with the team

   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience with Python
• 0.5+ years of experience with Prompt Engineering
• Solid understanding of AI pipelines
• Experience with different LLM systems 
• Solid understanding of fine-tuning
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

   

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

• Experience with STT/TTS models
• Understanding of evaluation pipelines for LLM or Voice AI
