You will be the person who can assess the current state independently, redesign architecture where needed, eliminate process and configuration debt, introduce governance, and implement automation and integrations that reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Over time, you will help build the internal Business Systems / IT Ops function (processes, standards, roadmap, and potentially a small team).

- Own and redesign Atlassian Cloud architecture

Job Overview

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and is comfortable handling support via both chat and calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via chat, email, and calls to assist customers with issues related to email deliverability, integrations, and platform usage.
