- Ability to structure tasks and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.

Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, including 1β2 years in a leadership role within an HR team (min. 2 people)
- Proven ability to lead HRBP teams and make fast, business-aligned decisions
