Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced System Administrator to join our Vinnytsia office. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP,  Azure, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, etc.
  • Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers).

We are in e-commerce and we need of  Video Editors that could create digital content for our social media platforms, landing pages, and various e-commerce platforms

WHAT’S IS THE JOB?
 

• Expert in one or two of the following Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Knowledge of After Effects is preferred and Adobe XD (for website previews) and Photoshop
• Extensive experience in creating short videos for Facebook Ads and other Social Media marketing platforms
• For Video Editors, we mostly create Tiktok Style Videos
• Skilled in both Graphics Design and Video Editing is an advantage

Your duties will be:

•Manage the day-to-day IT operations

•Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.

•Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope of project.

•Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

•Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

•Daily tracking of Developers productivity in Jira

•Cooperate with Creative Department to implement design patterns to IT Products in a way complied with Company’s handbook

•Cooperate with Logistics, Digital and DFA Departments to receive feedbacks and client’s requests

•Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer or Information Science-related field required.

•Work experience on similar position minimum 2 years in product company.

•Organized with attention to detail.

•Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.

•Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.

•Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

•Proficient with Jira and Atlassian

•Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.

We are looking for a QA Engineer for Mobile Apps with experience in testing Android and iOS for a long term part time cooperation.

Responsibilities:

• Test mobile applications on various devices;
• Write detailed and structured bug reports in the corporate task tracker;
• Collaborate with developers to clarify bug reports and assist with issue resolution;

• Reproduce bugs reported by users and stakeholders on own devices.

   

Requirements:

• Experience: Commercial experience as a QA Engineer (1+ year);
• Testing Knowledge: Understanding of software testing basics, including different types and levels of testing. Understanding of basic development processes;
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and API concepts;
• Device Coverage: Familiarity with multiple operating systems (iOS/Android/Web);

• Equipment: Access to personal devices such as an iPad/iPhone and several Android devices.
