We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, build brand presence, and drive growth in the US market. This is not only a management role — it’s a hands-on position where you will both set direction and actively execute, as our marketing team is lean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Marketing team and own marketing results.

• Be hands-on in execution across content, communication, and branding.

• Own LinkedIn content strategy and ensure consistent, high-quality posting.

• Manage creative direction across marketing channels.

• Prepare and share weekly & monthly product updates (internal + external).

• Oversee branding and marketing assets (website, conferences, promo materials).

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, with a focus on the US market.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in marketing, 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset.

• Strong HubSpot expertise (must-have).

• Proven ownership and scaling of SEO workflows.

• Solid understanding of SQLs, funnel analytics, attribution.

• Hands-on content marketing (blog + link building).

• Google Ads ownership & optimization experience.

• Strong LinkedIn & content marketing background.

• Excellent writing & communication skills.

• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech / AI / SaaS.

• US market exposure.

• Familiarity with animation or BIM / AEC sector.
