What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with SMBs and mid-sized enterprises that need mobile app development services.
• Outreach & Engagement: Use LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to start conversations and qualify leads.
• Sales Process Management: Move prospects through the sales funnel – from first contact to closing deals.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Work closely with our delivery team to prepare customized proposals and close contracts.
• Pipeline Growth: Continuously build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies and identify potential opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
• Proven ability to generate and close deals worth $50K-$200K+.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• A hunter mindset – comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of mobile development and software outsourcing is a big advantage.

The customer is developing a monitoring system for gas insulated switchgear. The system consists of potentially hundreds of measurement nodes. Each is connected via Ethernet to a central data collection computer. The nodes must be synchronized with microsecond precision. 

Key duties: 

Firmware Architecture Consulting/ Firmware development. The mission is to help developing the microcontroller firmware for the measurement nodes.
