• Proven experience in server-side Golang programming, featuring: microservices, communication protocols, databases.
• Experience working in Docker and K8S environments and a solid understanding of SQL and APIs.
• Background in development of workflow automation and orchestration platform or another kind of enterprise or cloud-based (AWS, GCP) high-scale systems - an advantage.

• English proficiency at a level suitable for participation in meetings (B2).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Atto Trading’s automated trading systems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Automate and optimize trading support workflows and pipelines using Python and Bash scripting.
• Partner with software engineering teams to enhance and maintain trading infrastructure and internal monitoring systems. 
• Collaborate with traders, engineers, brokers, and exchanges to resolve intraday issues in real time. 
• Support daily risk operations by generating reports and executing defined risk procedures.
• Document production incidents and maintain comprehensive logs and monitoring protocols.
• Assisting with new market deployments by collaborating with internal teams on infrastructure and connectivity.
• Manage and maintain enterprise systems related to pipeline scheduling, software releases, and operational monitoring.

Requirements:

• Strong Python programming skills with ability to write clean, reliable code with minimal supervision.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux (command line, basic system understanding).
• Skilled in data visualization, manipulation, and processing for operational insight.
• Highly detail-oriented with rigorous standards and a critical, analytical mindset.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and follow clearly defined processes and priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to investigate issues independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain gameplay systems using Unity + C#
• Implement and modify core mechanics (movement, combat, UI, camera, AI basics)
• Optimize performance for mobile platforms (Android / iOS)
• Integrate and work with third-party assets, SDKs, and tools
• Fix bugs, refactor messy code, and improve existing systems
