Our Analytics team is looking for someone to take ownership of how conversion signal gets delivered, measured, and trusted across our paid web traffic. You will own the full chain from server-side postbacks and click-ID capture to UTM taxonomy and affiliate reconciliation, catch measurement gaps before they hit spend, and turn conversion and funnel data into dashboards and recommendations that our marketing and User Acquisition teams act on daily. It's a hands-on role for someone who treats SQL, BI, and Python as everyday tools, is comfortable testing hypotheses alongside performance marketers, and wants their analysis to directly shape how we scale acquisition across millions of users in Tier-1 and international markets.

• Own conversion signal delivery end to end: S2S postbacks per channel, event mapping, deduplication across event sources, and match-quality diagnostics
• Own identity and match quality: hashed first-party data used for matching, click-ID capture and persistence from landing page to CRM to payment
• Own what we optimize toward: value-based bidding, conversion value modelling, event taxonomy and attribution windows

• Own affiliate measurement: deduplication between partner postbacks and paid channels, attribution windows and overlap rules, conversion validation and payout accuracy, partner-level quality and fraud controls
• Analyze campaign and partner performance and traffic quality by channel, campaign, creative, geo and placement, including landing-page and checkout funnel conversion, lead quality, repeat purchase, LTV and payback
• Find growth points in CAC, ROAS and payback and turn them into recommendations the UA and affiliate teams can act on
• Test optimization hypotheses with UA: bidding strategy, which conversion to optimize for, conversion value definitions, audience and creative structures
• Build automated Tableau dashboards and ad-hoc reports on conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, partner payouts and funnel metrics
• Build and maintain custom marketing datasets in BigQuery on top of network, GA4, affiliate and CRM data

It's all about you

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics, with hands-on ownership of paid acquisition data
• Confident SQL in BigQuery
• Solid understanding of statistics: funnel conversion, sample size, telling a real difference from noise
• Python (Pandas) for analysis and automation: data validation, conversion uploads, recurring pipelines
• Hands-on Tableau, from data model to dashboards the team uses daily
• Practical experience with server-side conversion delivery on at least one platform: Meta CAPI, Google offline / Enhanced Conversions, TikTok or Snapchat Events API, or affiliate postback integrations
• Understanding of web attribution and performance marketing: click IDs and UTM, attribution windows, why platform, GA4 and internal numbers disagree and which to trust for which decision

This is a channel already spending $300K+ a month, and the mission is bold: scale it to $1M+ within a year while protecting ROAS. You will own strategy, budget, and structure end-to-end, without micromanagement, backed by dedicated MarTech, Marketing Analytics, and Creative teams so you can focus on strategy instead of technical routine. Our platform runs on a credit-based transactional model rather than a subscription one, which means repeat purchases, high LTV, and a deeper funnel to master, a genuinely different math for anyone used to standard subscription funnels. In this role, you will

• Own the Meta Ads direction end-to-end: strategy, budget, campaign structure, and results
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns within ROAS, Spend, and CAC targets

Role overview

Amplify is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market and acquisition end to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who owns the strategy and lives in the ad accounts – positioning, channels, and the numbers.

You'll work directly with the leadership team to shape how Amplify wins against the rest of the Shopify ecosystem. On a small team, you'll own marketing end to end – this is for someone who wants that accountability and the autonomy that comes with it. As we grow, there's room to build and lead a team.

Key responsibilities

• Own Amplify's go-to-market strategy – positioning, messaging, and how we win merchants
• Plan, build, and optimize paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Shopify App Store – you name it
• Own the growth funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, and the metrics that matter (CAC, ROAS, etc)
• Run experiments across channels, landing pages, and offers
• Sharpen how we position against competitors in the bundling and upsell space
