    We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Promova team.

     

    In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the growth of organic traffic to the website and app stores by implementing a comprehensive SEO and ASO strategy. You will strengthen brand visibility in key Tier-1 and LATAM markets, scale the content architecture, manage A/B testing in the App Store and Google Play, improve conversion metrics, and build an effective PBN network.

     

    YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

    • Develop and implement multilingual SEO strategies, including keyword research, site structure, content localization, and on-page optimization.
    • Conduct comprehensive SEO and competitor analysis (SERP, structure, content, PAA, AI blocks), monitor key SEO metrics, and generate data-driven hypotheses.
    • Perform technical SEO audits, coordinate with development teams to resolve issues, and leverage PBN when appropriate.
    • Continuously explore SEO trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities to improve visibility and traffic performance.
    • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance organic traffic conversion.
    • Manage ASO activities: semantic analysis, metadata optimization, A/B testing of store pages and creatives, and performance tracking.

       

    ABOUT YOU:

    • 4+ years in SEO, including 2 years of experience in SEO for English-speaking markets.
    • Proven successful cases of multilingual website promotion (20K+ pages, attracting 50K+ traffic, or app promotion).
    • Deep understanding of SEO: expertise in technical SEO, website structure development, On-page & Off-page SEO.
    • Knowledge of Google algorithms and experience recovering from algorithm updates.
    • Strong skills in keyword research and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, AppTweak etc.).
    • Confidence in analyzing traffic and conversion metrics.
    • Spoken English at Upper Intermediate level.

    • Experience in ASO is a strong advantage: App Store Connect and Google Play Console, conducting A/B testing.
