We are looking for an ML Data Engineer to join the Speech Research team to help us in the development of our deepfake detection products. This candidate will work in a world-class team of researchers and will play a key role in developing the next generation of voice security suite. This role will touch various use cases at the forefront of the Pindrop vision.
 

What you`ll do

• Design and maintain datasets for ML model training including data collection, data augmentation and storage
• Develop and maintain tools for data collection, augmentation, and visualization
• Contribute to research packages to train and test ML models
• Conduct experimental studies on various audio processing tasks to assess accuracy and quality of pre-existing models

• Contribute to the research teams activities including regular research reviews and code reviews

Your skill-set:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data engineer in Deep Learning, preferably, in automatic speech recognition, natural language processing, speaker recognition or model compression or in general machine learning
• Experience in the preparation of data for ML model training and evaluation
• Strong Python skills required
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
• Masters degree or PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) or equivalent experience required
• Preferably, you have experience on working with audio/visual data and data collection
• Preferably, you have experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS or React JS
• Preferably, you have knowledge of biometrics, authentication, fraud, or customer experience concepts
• Preferably, you have experience communicating with internal and external customers around proof-of-concepts, issues, etc.

Our partner empowers content creators with an AI personal assistant that clones their voice and personality, providing tools for monetization like AI-driven chats, paywalls, and pay-to-view videos. The platform supports creators across industries, enhances fan engagement through AI-based characters, and reduces reliance on managers, ensuring creators retain more revenue.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Python Prompt Engineer to join our team and take ownership of integrating and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping AI-driven user interactions, ensuring high-quality prompt design, model efficiency, and seamless API integration.

Required Skills and Experience:

✅ 5+ years of Python development, with real-world exposure to integrating prompt engineering into AI workflows.
✅ Hands-on experience with Llama and its integration into AI-driven platforms.
✅ Expertise in optimizing prompts for LLMs in live production settings.
✅ Proficiency in building and refining APIs that utilize AI models for user interactions.
✅ Deep understanding of context window limitations, summarization techniques, and chaining prompts for effective LLM utilization.
✅ Solid Python expertise, demonstrated in production-grade AI solutions.
✅ Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video) and recommendation systems.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of software applications and systems. You will be responsible for contributing to complex software projects, providing technical expertise, and working with a team of talented engineers. You will expand capabilities, bring new solutions to market. As a member of the Core DNA (Data and Access) services team you will be responsible for systems which enable customer calls to be analyzed for risk and fraud.

More specifically, you will:

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain our complex software applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our software products by designing, building, evolving, and scaling state-of-the-art solutions for our platform.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and the development team, including code reviews, architecture advice, and mentoring.
• Architecture and Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex technical problems, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Research and Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and programming languages and apply them where relevant to improve software development processes.

  • 5-7+ Years of software development experience
  • Experience working with Golang.
  • Experience with cloud computing environments, especially AWS and GCP and container-based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience operating services in production environments
  • Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, GIT
  • Linux/Unix system internals
  • A strong understanding of software design principles, software architecture and design patterns as well as software development best practices, including testing, version control, and continuous integration.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK
