Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in iGaming / Betting including at least 2 years in a senior or head-level role (Head / Lead / Senior Affiliate Manager). 
• Strong track record in building, scaling, and optimizing affiliate programs across multiple GEOs.
• Established network of active affiliates, partners, traffic sources, agencies, and media buyers — with the ability to activate connections on short notice.
• Experience working with in-app agencies, tipsters, influencers, media buying teams is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience managing Tier 1, Tier 2 GEOs, with understanding of cultural and market specifics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast ROI, assess traffic quality, identify risks, and act proactively.
• Experience in building funnels, optimizing KPIs, and increasing affiliate profitability.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to lead a team, mentor junior managers, and set clear KPIs and processes.
• High level of responsibility, ownership, operational discipline, and decision-making ability.
