ORIL is looking for a Data Integration Specialist to lead and manage the data integration architecture of our AI-driven facilities management platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in optimizing data pipelines, resolving intricate integration issues, and ensuring uncompromising data quality.

About the Project

A platform shaping the future of facilities management by connecting buildings, occupants, service providers, and operatives. It streamlines soft FM services so property managers and service providers can plan, source, and manage their portfolios more efficiently and at lower cost, delivering real-time transparency across every site. The ecosystem spans FM service workflows, IoT-connected building sensors, third-party FM platforms, mobile and web clients, and event-driven microservices.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across internal microservices, third-party FM platforms, IoT sensors, and external APIs.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Databricks, building on Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture to ingest, model, transform, and serve structured and semi-structured data.
• Define and own the data modelling layer - schemas and domain models that keep data structured and validated before ingestion, avoiding raw data sprawl.
• Work with event-driven architectures (message queues, pub/sub, event streams) to enable real-time data propagation and workflow automation.
• Define and enforce data mapping, transformation rules, and validation standards across all data flows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and data stakeholders to translate integration requirements into robust solutions.
• Monitor integration health, set up alerting, and diagnose pipeline failures to maintain high availability and data fidelity.
• Document integration patterns, data contracts, and API specifications for the wider engineering team.
• Contribute to platform-wide data quality, observability, and reliability standards.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in a data integration, data engineering, or backend integration role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering, pipeline orchestration, and large-scale transformations.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering, pipeline development, and transformation logic.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, schema design, and data transformation patterns.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or similar).
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native environments.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data quality and integration reliability.
• Comfort working across engineering, product, and business teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Service Bus or similar event-driven messaging platforms (pub/sub, message queues, async workflows).
• Exposure to real-time streaming data and sensor telemetry workflows.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage tracking, or observability tooling.

We offer:

• Competitive compensation;
• Accounting support services;
• Flexibility to work from anywhere (fully remotely or in our office in Lviv);
• Comprehensive day-off policy, including public holidays and special events;
• Education & certification budget + corporate education events;
• Wellness budget;
• An agile environment and culture that promotes personal and team development.

About Globy

Globy is a B2B marketplace for wholesale and international trade. More than 100,000 businesses use it to source products and connect directly with verified suppliers, manufacturers and wholesalers across every country and industry. Alongside the marketplace, Globy runs a set of logistics tools, freight rate and load calculators and an unclaimed cargo directory, that help traders move goods.

The marketplace is free to join with no commissions, and we are now building the paid side of the business. Organic search is one of our biggest growth channels, and we are hiring the person who will own it and take it to the next level.

What You'll Do

This is a lead role. You own SEO end to end, set the strategy, and are accountable for the growth number. You will not be handed a playbook. You build it.

Your mission: scale Globy's organic traffic from 10-30k to 100,000+ monthly visits, and build and run the team that gets us there.

You will:

• Set the SEO strategy and roadmap, and bring new growth ideas, not just execute a list
• Own technical SEO across a marketplace with thousands of pages, working hand in hand with our developers
• Build and manage a team of copywriters and link builders
• Own content and topical authority, off-page and digital PR, and AEO and GEO
• Tie organic to signups and paying customers, and report the number every week

What success looks like:

• Organic from 10-30k to 100,000+ monthly visits
• A content and link team you built, producing quality work that ranks and converts
• Organic driving real signups and paying customers, not just sessions

Compensation: base and bonuses by KPI (10-20% from yearly salary)

Time commitment: full-time, Remote

This Will Be For You If…

• You have 3-5+ years of SEO for e-commerce, marketplace, or classifieds sites
• You have run a site at 100,000+ monthly organic visits
• Will be a plus: You have personally scaled a site from roughly 20-30k to 100,000+ organic visits, and can show the numbers
• You are used to working with and influencing development teams
• You have built and managed a team of copywriters, link builders and similar (incl freelancers and contractors)
• You have experience with AEO
• You lead, originate ideas, and are driven by growth and clear targets
• You are fluent in English and work within European timezone overlap

Why Join Us

• A true lead role: you own the channel, the strategy, and the 100k target
• A real traffic base and a large marketplace to grow, not a cold start
• A direct line to the Founder, C-management and real influence over how we grow
• KPI bonuses tied to results you control
• Build and run your own team
• Fully remote, European timezone

Do Not Apply If…

• You need a brief handed to you and do not set your own direction
• Your background is only blog, local, or lead-gen SEO
• You cannot show a real scaling story with numbers

The adaptation period is determined individually for each candidate.

We're looking for an SRE / DevOps engineer to build the reliability layer for a platform that commands live power plants. No unified log pipeline, no dashboard anyone watches, no rehearsed restore - the app runs in production, the layer underneath it is a set of habits. You decide what the observability stack looks like, what an alert may wake a person up for, and how failover is designed and tested.

Second part is physical: with the Infra Lead, dispatch control room - workstations, UPS, local network, secured remote access to plants. Grafana in one tab, a rack in the other.

Must have

• 4+ years SRE / DevOps / systems engineering, Linux daily: services, systemd, storage, performance diagnostics
• Real experience with physical or VPS servers, not cloud consoles only - UPS, RAID, remote management. Cloud-only profile is an automatic no
• Cloud VMs: provisioning, patching, hardening, capacity planning, TLS, nginx
• Docker / Docker Compose in production: dev/staging/prod layouts, registry, zero-downtime deploys
• Observability you built yourself: Prometheus + Grafana or equivalent, log pipeline (fluent-bit / ELK class), and an alerting philosophy you can defend
• Redundancy you tested: PostgreSQL backup/restore and replication, Redis failover, measured recovery. You can describe a backup you personally restored
• Networking: WireGuard or similar, firewalls, DNS, TLS, diagnosing cloud ↔ office ↔ plant links
• CI/CD as code (GitHub Actions or similar), promotion through environments
• Bash + Python for automation
• English B2

Backend & Infrastructure Engineer (Go, PostgreSQL, Airflow)

Remote — Europe · Full-time contractor (B2B)

About Soco

Soco is a social commerce scale-up driving hundreds of millions in revenue for e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop. Over 7,000 TikTok Shop affiliates use our iOS app to find top products, land brand deals, and track what's working.

TikTok Shop lets creators earn commissions by promoting products through videos and live streams — content becomes commerce, and creators earn when their audience buys through their links. We make that easier and more profitable.

The role

You'll own our backend infrastructure and data pipelines. Today that work sits with our lead engineer, and it's pulling him away from product — we want someone who takes it properly, makes it reliable, and then improves it.

Concretely:

• Run and improve our on-prem deployments (Linux, Ansible, systemd)
• Own PostgreSQL: schema design, query performance, migrations, backups
• Build and maintain Airflow DAGs for our scraping and data pipelines
• Build out monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana) — mostly from scratch
• Write and maintain backend services and APIs in Go
• Work with QuestDB for time-series data at scale

What we need

• Strong PostgreSQL: you've designed schemas, tuned slow queries, and handled migrations on a live database
• Comfortable owning Linux servers — deployments, debugging, backups, being the person who fixes it when it breaks
• Experience building data pipelines, ideally with Airflow
• Go experience, or a backend background (Python, Java, etc.) and the confidence to pick Go up quickly — we'd rather have excellent Postgres and ops skills than years of Go
• Good written English and able to work async with a European-hours team

Nice to have, not required

QuestDB or another time-series database · n8n · web scraping, including JS-rendered pages · Prometheus/Grafana · Python

If you haven't touched QuestDB or n8n, that's fine. Anyone who knows Postgres well picks them up in days.

What we offer

• $2,500–4,500/month depending on experience, paid as a B2B contractor
• Fully remote within Europe
• A small team where your work ships immediately and you see the impact
• Real ownership of the infrastructure, not tickets handed down to you
