What We're Looking For

Responsibilities:

• Security Strategy Development: Design and implement mid and long-term security strategies, aligning them with business goals and technology roadmaps to ensure robust protection of digital assets. Collaborate across functions to integrate security practices into the broader organizational strategy.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage security risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities. Communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Security Observability: Lead the transition from managed detection and response services to an in-house capability, ensuring seamless operational change and continuity. Develop and implement security monitoring and alerting strategies using Datadog and PagerDuty.
• Incident Response: Establish and manage an on-call incident response protocol to ensure swift and effective response to security incidents.
• Data Security Innovation: Partner with the Privacy team to establish foundational data security practices and policies, driving data security initiatives that comply with international industry standards and regulations.

• Certification & Compliance: Provide hands-on expertise to achieve and maintain PCI DSS certification. Ensure that security standards comply with industry regulations and best practices.

   

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in Security Engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large scale security projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Proven track record in implementing data security initiatives that meet industry standards.
  • Hands-on incident response experience with a track record of managing and mitigating security incidents effectively.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance standards and frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001.
• Technical Skills:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Specialist to support and scale AI workloads within our cloud-native infrastructure and contribute to the development of De Novo AI STUDIO. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work, performance optimization and in-house AI-platform development.

This position offers significant growth potential for professionals who want to deepen their expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud technologies and product development while making a direct impact on the evolution of our AI ecosystem of Ukraine.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Model lifecycle management: 

• maintain and scale deployment of inference environments on production-grade infrastructure;
• implement quantization strategies;
• optimize and manage inference engines and frameworks for high-performance deployment;
• engineer performance optimization, including minimizing latency, maximizing throughput on specific vGPU backends.

De Novo AI STUDIO:

• technical platform evangelism;
• prioritize self-hosting and data privacy;
• translate 'GPU-hours' and 'token latency' into business ROI for non-technical stakeholders;
• prototype, build and demonstrate proof-of-concept AI agents in AI STUDIO;
• contribute to the core components and internal tooling development of AI STUDIO;
• agentic frameworks: build autonomous agents and RAG pipelines;
• incident support.

AI workloads in cloud native infrastructure:

• virtualization administration: manage multi-vDC cloud native environments with resource allocation;
• configure and troubleshoot complex multi-tenant cloud networking and edge gateway connectivity;
• configure multi-instance resources for multi-tenant efficiency.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Systems and automation:

Role overview:

We're hiring our first Customer Support Generalist to own the front line of customer interactions across our platform. This is a new role, which means you'll help define what great support looks like at CUCollaborate as we scale.

You'll be the first person customers reach when they're stuck, confused, or locked out. You'll manage our Crisp chat support, triage incoming calls, troubleshoot platform issues, help with onboarding workflows, and support data uploads.

Important Note: Candidates must demonstrate prior knowledge of CUCollaborate’s platform, tools, and services, and are expected to research and familiarize themselves with the organization before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Crisp chat support: respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed.
• Triage incoming support calls and route them appropriately.
• Handle password resets, account lockouts, and other access issues.
• Support customer onboarding workflows and data uploads.
• Follow clear escalation paths for known issues; escalate anything new or unmapped to Rev Ops.
