    We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trainee/Junior L2 Support and Configuration Specialist to join our team in Lviv!
     

    About the job:

    One of our business units, Platform, in the scope of MoneyMatrix Product – a product that offers a wide range of payment options, fraud prevention, and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.

    What You'll get to do: 

    1. Advanced Incident Resolution:
    - Take ownership of escalated incidents from Customer Support. 
    - Conduct in-depth investigations and analysis of complex technical issues.
    - Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve incidents efficiently.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
    - Document and share incident resolution knowledge to enhance team capabilities. 

    2. Process Compliance and Documentation:
    - Ensure strict adherence to established processes, guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
    - Work closely with incident management teams to systematically address recurring issues.
    - Promote knowledge sharing by creating and improving technical documentation. 

    3. System Configuration:
    - Modify existing system configurations as needed.
    - Add new configurations to support client-specific features.
    - Set up rules using our internal no-code platform. 

    4. Client Integration:
    - Configure new clients within the system.
    - Test workflows in staging and production environments prior to launch. 
     

    What You need to know:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant IT field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
    - Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet stringent deadlines.
    - Exceptional research and analytical skills.
    - Technical writing and verbal communication skills in English (at least B1 level).
    - Experience in data analysis and report writing using MS Excel.
    - Adept at cross-team collaboration.

    Nice to have:

    - Any experience in an IT company, preferably in roles like Developer, DevOps, Sysadmin, or other technical positions.
    - Experience in Log Management and Analysis using tools like Elasticsearch and Kibana.
    - Networking knowledge. Rest API.
    - Familiarity with monitoring services such as Grafana, New Relic.
    - Basic knowledge of Database Administration, particularly SQL.
    - Postman expertise.
    - Chrome DevTools or similar experience.
    - Strong documentation skills to promote knowledge sharing and process improvement.
    - Proficiency in any programming language.
    - Linux/Bash experience.
    - Understanding of K8s basics, docker, VMs.
    - Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
    - Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
    - Jira or similar products experience.

    • Working with different tech stacks
    • Deciding on the best tech stack & architecture for new projects, and leading the technical estimation work before a project is signed off
    • Reviewing other developers’ code, and helping them if they’re stuck / helping with any questions, pair programming
    • Communicating about technical things with the clients, answering technical questions, making suggestions
    • Conducting technical interviews as part of our recruitment service
    • Conducting technical due-diligence and technical assessments of the clients’ tech stack, creating our unique reports, and advising them on any necessary changes + helping their teams

     

     

    Requirements

    • NO previous management experience required
    • You must still be hands-on (coding, architecture, etc) today
    • 4+ years of commercial experience with React (or React Native), NodeJS, Typescript, and end-to-end website development - a must
    • Experience with databases - SQL - a must
    • Experience with cloud providers - either one of these - AWS, GCP, Heroku - a must
    • Formal education or a degree are NOT required - self learners are welcome, as long as you have the required skills & experience mentioned above
    • Interest in AI, LLMs, and at least a basic understanding in how they work
    • Desire to be a tech lead, and split your time in the following way: ~40% hands-on tech work, and ~60% - leadership work

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with at least one product built from scratch.
    • 5–6+ years preferred for candidates with direct experience in HRMS platforms or launching B2B SaaS products.
    • Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1, including internal tool development and external commercialization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the full product development lifecycle of the HRMS platform.
    • Conduct deep internal process analysis to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
    • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
    • Align internal product development with potential external (B2B) commercialization goals.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR, Tech, Design, and Business to gather requirements and deliver impactful features.
    • Act as Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies β€” define epics and user stories, prioritize backlog, and lead planning sessions.
    • Define and monitor product metrics and feedback loops to drive decisions.

The solution is being developed from scratch, and you’ll work on cutting-edge ML/LLM applications in a compliance-heavy domain. Together with 4 Full Stack Engineers and another ML Engineer (all based in Ukraine within IntelliArts), you’ll create intelligent systems that make marketing in the pharmaceutical industry both compliant and scalable.

    You’ll be working on solutions where marketing materials must align with strict U.S. regulatory standards. The product combines three types of data: clinical trial reports, marketing materials, and regulatory guidelines, enabling LLM-powered compliance checking and fact verification. From digitizing complex PDFs with graphs and tables to comparing claims against trial evidence and highlighting compliance risks, you’ll contribute to building a reliable AI-driven compliance platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate business needs into ML/LLM problems
    • Build, validate, and deploy solutions for OCR, fact verification, and compliance checking using LLMs and supporting ML components
    • Define evaluation metrics and experimentation loops (e.g., fact-checking accuracy, compliance precision/recall, human-in-the-loop review efficiency)
    • Integrate models into microservices and workflows (batch/real-time inference, APIs, containers)
    • Establish MLOps foundations: model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and drift detection for LLM and OCR components

    Required skills

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning and NLP, with a proven track record in delivering production systems
    • Practical experience with LLMs: fine-tuning and prompt design, evaluation methods, and integration via APIs and local model deployments (e.g., HuggingFace, OpenAI, Anthropic)
    • Experience working with OCR tools and pipelines, including extracting structured information from scanned PDFs (text, tables, graphs) and transforming it into usable data for downstream tasks
    • Experience building and deploying solutions for fact verification, compliance checking, or text classification in real-world workflows
