What experience is important to us:

• Experience in the iGaming niche or related industries
• 3+ years in leadership positions
• Outstanding organizational and leadership qualities, along with competency in strategic planning and business development
• Strong analytical skills, ability to use data for business decision-making
• Deep understanding of financial business processes
• Risk assessment, ensuring control and mitigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in related areas (finance, law, marketing)
