    We’re looking for a UX Content Writer who’s ready to take ownership, shape the product, and bring their ideas to the table.


    What you’ll do:

    • Take full ownership of UX writing across core user flows – from onboarding to tooltips to transactional messages and error states
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new product flows with clear, consistent, and user-focused copy
    • Write, test, and iterate on copy that supports conversions, guides users intuitively, and builds trust in complex user journeys
    • Conduct UX copy audits to identify and eliminate friction points caused by unclear or inconsistent messaging
    • Work with UX researchers to develop and test hypotheses around copy impact (e.g., A/B tests for CTAs, microcopy variations, etc)
    • Maintain and continuously refine a UX writing system and knowledge base

       

    About your experience & Required skills:

    • 1-3 years of experience in UX writing or product content design
    • Proven ability to own the copy side of complex product workstreams, not just follow a content brief
    • Excellent written English (B2+), with a focus on clarity, tone, and brevity
    • Strong understanding of UX principles and how language impacts user behavior
    • Ability to collaborate closely with researchers and designers and apply insights from user testing, UX research, and data
    • Analytical mindset and a strong sense of ownership
    • Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and product iterations

    Position Summary

    We are looking for a skilled Data Extraction Engineer / Document Automation Developer to help build a system that automatically extracts structured information from various medical and immunization records and stores it in a structured database format.
    You’ll be working with diverse document formats (PDFs, scans, electronic forms), using OCR and NLP-based tools to process them.

     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Analyze medical document templates to identify key fields
    • Develop pipelines for automatic extraction of fields such as:
      • Student Full Name
      • Date of Birth
      • Sex/Gender
      • Vaccination Information (e.g. Type, Date, Dose, Clinic, Manufacturer)
      • Next Due Dates (calculated from context or intervals)
         
    • Build and integrate document processing flows using OCR or NLP tools such as Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer, Amazon Textract, etc.
    • Validate and store extracted data in a structured database
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of parsed data
    • Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate the solution into the main platform
       

    Requirements:

    • Hands-on experience with OCR tools:
      Tesseract, AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI
    • Strong knowledge of .NET / C#, especially for parsing documents and data transformation
    • Understanding of NLP techniques and Regular Expressions
    • Experience transforming unstructured data into structured formats
    • Solid understanding of databases and storage formats (e.g. JSON, SQL)
       

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in the healthcare or education domain

    This application is used to automate Document and Data retrieval. It also provides ability to view documents that are auto retrieved as well as to request documents through automatic generation of email requests.
    This solution will allow to have one workspace to work for both roles as Maker and Checker, auto retrieve of documents and data, and build automatic storage of all documents collected for an Exam/Cycle into the document storage.
    The system is targeting to shorten the timeline for source document and data collection, automates documents and structured data collection, reduce manual work and overall time spent on examination management activities.

    Team consists of Dev, BA, QA, Tram Lead, and is supported by dedicated DevOps group. We use agile methodologies on a team level (Scrum, Kanban).

    Key project technology stack: Kotlin, Java, Reactor, React, Typescript, Playwright.

     

    Responsibilities:
