    Role Overview

    What You Will Do:

    • Build and execute outbound lead generation campaigns targeting high-risk merchants
    • Identify and qualify Gaming, Adult and Trading platforms in LATAM / EE / CIS
    • Reach out to decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Payments, Operations) via:
      • LinkedIn
      • Telegram
      • Cold email
    • Generate and qualify meetings for the sales team
    • Maintain clean and structured CRM pipeline (HubSpot / Pipedrive or similar)
    • Work closely with Sales and Product to refine ICP and messaging
    • Monitor outreach performance and optimize sequences
    • Provide feedback from the market to improve positioning

       

     What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years experience in B2B outbound lead generation
    • Experience in Crypto / iGaming / Forex / High-Risk payments (strong advantage, ideally mandatory)
    • Understanding of:
      • Merchant acquiring
      • Payment gateways & PSP ecosystem
      • AML/KYC basics
      • High-risk vertical dynamics
    • Experience with LinkedIn and Telegram outreach
    • Hands-on experience with email automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake or similar)
    • Experience working with CRM systems
    • Strong written and spoken English (B2+ level)
    • Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics
