- Autonomously architect, prototype, & build the product from the ground up
- Develop integrations with AI (e.g. Perplexity, OpenAI) & 3rd party API (e.g. CRMs)
- Leverage your prompt engineering skills to maximize the outcome
- Horizontally work with founders in discussions on business & product topics

— What You'll Need —
- 1+ years of experience in a startup previously - the must 

- Authentic obsession with giving customers the best
- The best verbal communication skills (yes, better than the founder)
- RAG & AI agents development and prompt engineering
- API development and integration
- Database design and optimization (SQL)
- Development in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Patterns for asynchronous task processing (RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar)
- Experience with n8n/make will be a great plus

About the job:
You will be part of the PlayMatrix business unit in EveryMatrix. PlayMatrix creates state-of-the-art live casino games from scratch.

Project description: 
Roulette and Blackjack (and many-may more other games) with real dealers streamed to players all across the world with lowest latency and highest quality. You will be working in the Frontend team mainly with React, Redux, Redux-toolkit using HTTP2 and WebSockets APIs as the transfer protocols between the server and the client. 

What You'll get to do:

• Develop new user interfaces for live casino games and internal informational systems.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on all parts of the stack.
• Create technical documentation and well-commented code.
• Minimize and maintain 3rd party library dependencies.

What You need to know:

• 5+ years engineering experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux-toolkit, Redux, Websockets and HTML/CSS.
• Experience in video streaming and WebRTC.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Strong empathy for user experience.
• Experience in creating SVG programmatically will be a plus.
• A keen aptitude for sharp feedback and structured communication.
• Desire to work on building things the "right" way.

Join our Core Team as a highly skilled Python Developer to build and scale our high-load Geospatial AI Data Platform. You will be the critical link, productionizing Data Science models
and transforming massive volumes of raw imagery into meaningful, structured insights that
power our client-facing product. If you're driven by complex, high-scale big data challenges, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
● Data Pipeline Development: Implement and optimize robust ETL data pipelines for
collecting, cleaning, transforming, and loading large volumes of geospatial data.
● API Development & Deployment: Design, build, and maintain high-speed, scalable
RESTful APIs (using frameworks like FastAPI/Powertools for Lambda).
● Model Integration & Productionization: Work closely with Data Scientists to containerize
and deploy models (e.g. roof age prediction) into our Geospatial AI Data Platform.
● Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, efficient, testable, and reusable Python code.
Optimize data processing and platform latency to handle requests and queries at
massive scale and high volume.
● System Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of our Microservices
and Serverless architectures, ensuring high availability, security, scalability and
observability.
● Collaboration: Work within an Agile team alongside Data Scientists, DevOps, and
Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:
● B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
● Demonstrable professional experience as a Python Developer with a focus on data-
intensive backend systems (4+ years).
● Expert knowledge of Python 3, follow PEP8.
● Hands-on experience with C# / .NET for backend development (APIs or services in
production).
● Experience developing using OOP and SOLID principles.
● Proven experience designing and developing production-ready APIs using a modern
Python web framework such as FastAPI or Powertools for AWS Lambda.
● Experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, EC2, API GW, Lambda, DynamoDB,
CloudFormation/SAM using boto3.
● Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
● Experience with Linux, preferably Ubuntu.
● Experience with SQL Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
● Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
● Good communication skills in English

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications:
● Experience with geo-spatial libraries (e.g., Geopandas, GDAL, Shapely, Rasterio).
● Familiarity with model serving technologies such as NVIDIA Triton Inference Server.
● Experience with Workflow Management platforms such as Apache Airflow.
● Experience with on-prem servers.
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and DevOps best practices.
