Position Summary: 

The Retailer Support Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and operational support to retailer partners across multiple client programs. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as agents support various customer accounts and may be assigned to new client programs as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities: 

Agents in this role handle both incoming and outgoing communications to ensure complete issue resolution.

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary support contact for retailer inquiries across all active client programs
• Kiosk Troubleshooting (Touchpoint Support): Diagnose and resolve device power issues, network connectivity problems, scanner/printer malfunctions, and payment device errors
• Loyalty Program Support: Address loyalty program issues and provide general app support to retailers
• Marathon POS Configuration Support: Provide basic setup guidance, verify configurations, and coordinate with the support team for complex POS requests
• CRM Ticket Management: Triage and respond to support inquiries, accurately documenting issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Knowledge Base Utilization: Apply macros, KB articles, and established troubleshooting flows to resolve common issues efficiently
• Guided Troubleshooting: Walk retailers through common fixes including kiosk reboots, connectivity checks (Wi-Fi/Ethernet/VPN), and app reinstall or settings verification
• Outgoing Communication: Proactively contact retailers and on-site personnel to gather additional information, verify issue resolution, and coordinate troubleshooting steps, or to reach the other aim defined by the project.
• Multi-Project Coverage: Provide support across all active client programs (currently Touchpoint and Marathon ARCO Rewards) with readiness to support new customers as onboarded
• Escalation Management: Escalate tickets appropriately to Platform Support, Engineering, or Hardware Ops when issues fall outside first-contact resolution scope
• L1 Escalation Handling: Receive and resolve escalated cases from Level 1 members support team, providing guidance and advanced troubleshooting
• Documentation Maintenance: Collaborate with internal teams to keep support documentation current and identify gaps in the knowledge base
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on product updates, configuration changes, and support processes

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting roles 
• Familiarity with kiosk systems, POS hardware, or retail environments preferred 
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN, static IP) 
• Ability to manage multiple cases at once while staying organized and responsive 
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain solutions to both technical and non-technical users 
• Experience with Freshdesk, Jira, or similar ticketing tools is a plus 
• Exposure to MDM tools and payment hardware is helpful but not required

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to join our global team and lead the end-to-end delivery of web development projects from discovery through launch. THE ROLE

You will be the analytical owner of your product domain- turning data into decisions for Product, R&D, Operations, and Business teams. Day to day, you will work hands-on in SQL and BI tools, partner closely with PMs and engineers, and help shape the strategic direction of the product through evidence.

• Excellent SQL - daily, hands-on query writing. This is not a role where SQL is occasional; expect to live in it.
• Strong verbal English (B2+ or higher). You will present findings to PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders directly in English every week - fluency matters.
• Excellent communication skills - the ability to deliver the results of an analysis clearly, concisely, and confidently 

• Proven experience using AI tools in your analytics workflow (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for query generation, data exploration, or summarization)

The role:

I am looking for a full-time Chief of Staff who will become my direct extension. I run strategy, business development, and client relationships across multiple active engagements and multiple companies. I need a senior operator to take operations off my plate. The means ownership of appointments, calendars, client follow-up, pipeline tracking, document prep, HR, invoices and more. This roal carries real trust. You will be a part of maintaining client relationships, financial milestones, and business decisions.

The right candidate becomes a direct working partner with me, the delivery team, and our clients, and over the first six months grows into a deputy-COO posture that runs the operating rhythm of the firm. What you will do:

• Manage my messages as the primary daily interface: triage, draft, respond, follow up, archive
• Draft correspondence on my behalf to Fortune 500 clients, PE firms, and senior executives
• Own the weekly calendar across Pacific, Eastern, and European time zones; protect my deep work blocks; resolve conflicts without direction
• Track and prioritize every to-do or action item coming from every meeting and make sure each is completed
• Work alongside PM to keep pipeline deal stages, next actions, and dates current; flag stale deals before I do and suggest a reach-out cadence ensuring nothing gets forgotten or lost
• Prepare short morning briefs: meetings, context, open items, priorities
• Format SOWs, decks, briefing memos, and meeting prep packets; catch typos, wrong values, and unsigned attachments before they go out
• Support new hire onboarding logistics, contractor agreements, simple invoicing follow-ups, vendor coordination
• Turn weekly recaps into living checklists so the team can run without me
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to help with research, drafting, and prep
• Maintain complete confidentiality with sensitive business information
• Occasionally book travel and other personal tasks

Required:

• 3+ years as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to a CEO, General Manager, or Operations Manager in services, technology, or consulting
• Senior operator background. You have run process design, ops strategy, or business process modeling for at least one growing organization
• Strong written English. You will draft on my behalf to Fortune 500 contacts and PE principals. 
• Strong calendar judgment. You think in time zones, you defend focus, and you understand which meetings can't be moved
• Financial fluency for ops. Comfortable with invoicing, contractor pay schedules, basic budgets, Google Sheets or Excel
• Proactive operating style. You anticipate needs and act before being asked
• High discretion and sound judgment with sensitive business information
• Working hours overlap with early Pacific Time
• Fluent in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets); comfortable in remote teams that work asynchronously
• Ability to work at a high level without a lot of direction

Strong plus:

• AI tooling fluency. You have used Claude, ChatGPT inside a real project
• Tech, AI, or consulting industry context. You understand SaaS, SOWs, and the rhythm of a services firm
• Ukrainian language. Our delivery team is Ukrainian or Ukraine-adjacent
• Experience growing an organization with documented process work. Examples of headcount or revenue growth you helped shepherd are valuable
• Familiarity with Telegram, Slack, Jira, Confluence, or other async business tools
• Background as a founder Chief of Staff, deputy COO, or general manager at a small to mid-sized company

About the Role

We're looking for a VoIP Engineer; this role sits at the intersection of telecom operations and integration work, with real ownership and direct business impact. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of communication channels: voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp, keeping them reliable, optimized, and well-integrated across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day operations of IP telephony, SMS/RCS, email, and WhatsApp Business API (WABA) 

- Configure, troubleshoot, and administer platforms such as Twilio, Vonage, Voximplant, and similar providers 

- Build and optimize call routing logic: IVR, voicemail, business hours, transfers, CLI, call recordings 

- Support telecom components integrated into the CRM: logs, templates, escalations, and routing modifications 

- Deliver integrations across communication systems using APIs, webhooks, and WebSockets 

- Handle internal support requests via a ticketing system; collaborate with QA during incidents and testing  

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, trunks, routing logic
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting voice, SMS, email, or messaging channel incidents
• Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, logs, and provider documentation
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable managing vendors independently
• Fluent English
