You will:

● Build RnD’s analytics foundation from scratch — from data pipelines to dashboards.
● Define and track key metrics across product, growth, and marketing.
● Deliver insights that directly shape product features, marketing decisions, and growth experiments.
● Implement basic attribution to understand where our best users come from.
● Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership to make data-informed decisions.
● Drive a culture of speed, clarity, and measurable impact through analytics.

From you:

● 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-moving startup environment.
● Strong SQL skills and experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Metabase, etc.).
● Ability to move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-quality work with limited guidance.
● Proven track record of turning data into business impact.
● Solid understanding of product funnels, growth metrics, and marketing attribution.
● Clear communication skills — you can explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Ownership mindset: you spot problems, solve them, and improve things beyond your scope.

Will be an advantage:

● Experience with Clickhouse.
● Experience with Tableau, Metabase.
● Experience with Git.
● Experience with AirFlow.
