About the Role:

We are looking for a Principal Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-focused) to join a small, high-caliber team developing the core components of this real-time governance system.

Your primary focus will be backend engineering with Node.js/TypeScript — building high-performance services, scalable APIs, distributed processing flows, and policy-evaluation pipelines. When needed, you’ll contribute to the React-based frontend to deliver features end-to-end.
