What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, timely, and professional assistance across all communication channels, including some of cold, reactivation or  up-sell outbound outreaches (live chat, email, etc.);
• Ensure hitting personal KPIs (list of KPIs) and continuous improvement;
• Participate in developing and optimizing support processes, workflows, and internal knowledge bases to increase efficiency and service quality;
• Handle complex escalations and ensure that critical cases are resolved quickly and in line with company standards;
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product and service improvements;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all customer communications.
  
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Customer Support management within the iGaming, gambling, or similar fast-paced digital industries;
• High level of autonomy in resolving customer requests or going through a proper escalation process;
• Deep understanding of customer service KPIs, quality assurance processes, and performance management.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and turn them into improvement suggestions.;
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach, + fast typing and proficient PC / Internet user;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to change, and stay solution-oriented under pressure.

QA Engineer (Web Application Testing)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to test our web application and ensure a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web application features.
• Create and execute test cases and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Test functionality across different browsers and devices.

• Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved.

   

Requirements:

• Experience in manual web application testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and bug reporting.
• Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Upwork 
• Experience with API testing (Postman).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).

• Leading sales conversations with clients (chat-first)
• Qualifying leads and identifying real buying intent
• Negotiating pricing, scope, and timelines
• Deal closing

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Convertix.io or similar AI automation tools
• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork sales (not theory)
• Clear understanding of the sales funnel: proposal → reply → negotiation → deal
• Confident written English (B2+ / C1 preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to push deals forward and drive clients to a decision
