We are looking for a Junior SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help support Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production systems.

This role is a good fit for someone who already has basic hands-on experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD and wants to grow into an SRE / DevOps position.

The engineer will work together with more experienced team members and gradually take more responsibility for CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, and production infrastructure.

The challenge
From now until spring and further, we need content that turns followers into warm, ready-to-book participants. Social media is the main driver of our sales, so this role directly shapes the business. We want someone who will take full ownership of this process, run lots of A/B tests with content and find the formats that actually work, not just post on a schedule.

Department/Project Description

An enterprise technology group is building a dedicated security validation team focused on vulnerability assessment and security testing across the group's products and systems. The team runs structured testing campaigns: penetration testing, vulnerability discovery and triage, secure code review, and building automated test suites to make the process repeatable at scale.
The team also gets early access to specialized AI models and evaluates how they can accelerate security testing - an area we're actively investing in, though the core of the work remains hands-on security engineering. Scope covers internal systems as well as business-unit products across the group, agreed campaign by campaign. The team starts small and scales into a permanent capability.

Key tasks:

• Writing and maintaining up-to-date Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation;
• Participating in information security incident investigations;
• Conducting internal information security audits;
• Supporting third-party penetration tests, supervisory audits, and certification processes;
• Managing access to company and/or customer systems (if necessary);
• Developing and delivering information security training;

We're an early-stage product company building an AI-powered analytics platform for the iGaming industry. Strategy and people

• Shape the quality strategy for the ecosystem products — ThingsBoard On-premises, Cloud, Private Cloud, Edge, TBMQ broker and IoT Gateway: test levels, deployment matrix, release readiness criteria.
• Lead the team: planning, test-code and test-case reviews, mentoring, hiring.
• Own the metrics: escaped defects, regression cycle time, automation coverage, flaky rate; decide what needs QA and what doesn’t.

Automation (hands-on)

• Build a QA-owned automation layer over the TeamCity black-box pipeline: API, WebSocket, integration scenarios with simulators and brokers (Testcontainers, Docker Compose).

Why this role exists:
This role exists to make sure our gambling products, operations, and market entries meet regulatory requirements from day one. You’ll own licensing and product compliance across markets, working closely with Legal, Product, Platform, and Tech teams to turn regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

What you’ll drive:
Licensing & regulatory compliance
— Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining B2B and B2C gambling licences across relevant markets.
— Manage regulatory submissions and ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
— Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical actions for the business.
— Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and operational instructions.

Product & technical compliance
— Oversee compliance requirements from initial concept through implementation and post-launch.
— Translate regulatory requirements into clear technical requirement packs for Product, Platform, and Tech teams.
— Partner with development teams to ensure software solutions, workflows, and reporting meet applicable laws and regulations.
— Identify compliance gaps and work with relevant teams to address them without creating unnecessary friction for the product.

Market entry & certifications
— Support new market launches by assessing regulatory requirements and defining the compliance scope.
— Lead and participate in platform and product certification processes, including GLI, PCI DSS, RTP, RNG, and other relevant certifications.
— Coordinate compliance activities across multiple projects, stakeholders, and markets.

Responsible gambling & continuous improvement
— Own strategies and procedures related to responsible gambling compliance.

Must-have
— 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal roles within the iGaming/gambling industry.
— Strong understanding of gambling regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling principles.
— Hands-on experience with gambling licence applications, regulatory submissions, and licence administration.
— Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical requirements for Product, Platform, or Tech teams.

This is a hands-on coordination role. You don’t need to be a deep expert in one specific marketing channel, but you should be comfortable working across different areas and keeping 10+ parallel processes under control.

What you’ll do:

• Support the team in executing ongoing marketing and lead generation initiatives.
