About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Fullstack Architect / Principal Engineer to help evolve and scale a modern, data-intensive platform built on Google Cloud technologies.

This is a high-impact architectural role for someone who enjoys balancing technical strategy with hands-on execution.

You’ll lead the consolidation of frontend, backend, and data layers into a cleaner, more scalable platform architecture — while helping define the company’s long-term engineering direction.

Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture & Leadership

• Drive the evolution toward a more maintainable and scalable platform architecture
• Establish engineering standards and architectural best practices
• Simplify and consolidate fragmented systems
• Provide technical leadership focused on long-term maintainability

Product & Platform Engineering

• Architect and lead development of the new Customer Dashboard
• Define frontend/backend integration patterns
• Improve interoperability between Python-based methodology services and TypeScript applications
• Support the evolution of internal engineering processes and standards

Infrastructure & Data Systems

• Review and optimize Firebase Functions architecture
• Improve BigQuery partitioning, clustering, and query efficiency
• Increase scalability and cost-efficiency of data pipelines
• Support production-grade integrations across cloud and data systems
   

Requirements:

• Has strong experience with TypeScript and GCP ecosystems
• Can operate as both architect and hands-on engineer
• Understands frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure equally well
• Knows how to simplify systems instead of over-engineering them
• Has experience building scalable SaaS platforms

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI orchestration or multi-agent systems
