SMART business is looking for an AX\FO (Finance) Consultant  to participate in AX\FO system implementation projects. The consultant will closely collaborate with clients to analyze their needs, configure the system to fit business processes, and work with the development team to adapt solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

- Participation in implementation and optimization projects for Microsoft Dynamics AX / Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, with a focus on financial modules  
- Analysis and eengineering of clients' financial business processes
- Configuration of GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Tax Management** modules  
- Work with IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting and financial reporting standards
- Collaboration with the development team: writing technical specifications, monitoring deadlines and quality of system modifications  
- Consulting financial directors, accountants, and auditors on system configuration and usage  
- Development of regulatory documentation, user manuals, and methodological guidelines  
- Conducting training sessions for users  
- Preparing analytical reports on implementation and system efficiency 

Our Requirements:

 - Higher education in finance, economics, or information technology
- In-depth understanding of financial business processes in enterprises: budgeting, cost management, payment calendar, treasury, financial flow management  
- Experience working with IFRS, GAAP, and local financial reporting standards
- Knowledge and practical experience in automating financial processes in corporate systems
- Experience in writing technical specifications  for system enhancements  
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure large volumes of data and processes  
- Public speaking and communication skills with top management and financial directors
