We're looking for a sales leader who can own our end-to-end commercial engine — from pipeline generation to closing $50k–$500k custom software development deals — and build a scalable, systematic sales function around it, not just personally chase individual contracts.

About the Role

As Digital Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Digital Department — from P&L and campaign profitability to media delivery, client retention, upselling, team management, and process optimization.
