Due to company growth and team expansion, we are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM database, launch and analyze email marketing campaigns, and support data-driven marketing initiatives using HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Description

• Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.
• Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.
• Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.
• Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact database management, launching email campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub and building custom analytics reports within the platform.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.
• Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
• B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
• C1+ level of Russian.
• Ability to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Copywriting skills will be a plus.
• Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop will be a plus.

Your Expertise

• Strong interest in quantitative and algorithmic approaches
• BSc/MSc in Math, Physics or related field with solid background in statistics, linear algebra and probability theory

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and structuring corporate materials, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to introduce new topics and processes. 

This position is ideal for a professional with strong writing skills, systems thinking, and experience working with corporate documentation. 

Responsibilities 

• Expand the internal knowledge platform content: prepare new topics, update existing materials, and structure content. 
• Develop release plans and content plans for the growth of the company’s knowledge base. 
• Write, translate, adapt, and illustrate corporate policies and related materials.
