What you’ll do: 

• Build, deploy, and serve ML models in production — the core of the role — optimizing inference performance, latency, and efficient GPU utilization. 
• Support and extend our speech solutions, including 3rd-party ASR integrations and self-hosted ML models. 
• Evaluate and optimize key ASR/ML metrics such as WER, latency, F1 score, EER, and DER. 
• Secondary: Integrate LLMs and agentic flows into production solutions where they add value, including fine-tuning existing models. 

What you’ll bring: 

Core (required): 

• Solid background in machine/deep learning, with 4+ years of experience. 
• Strong Python skills and experience working in Linux environments. 
• Familiarity with deep learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and training workflows. 
• Experience with MLOps pipelines and serving/deploying models in production. 
• Experience optimizing models for inference, including GPU acceleration. 
• Experience with Docker, gRPC, and serverless / micro-services architectures on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). 
• Experience with real-time / streaming systems and low-latency processing (e.g. streaming pipelines, live sessions).

The role

In this role you take operational management of our entire ICT landscape. The role requires strong technical and engineering skills and the ability to properly document the results of your work. The role reports directly to the CTO, sits in the first line of defence of our governance model and is formally anchored in our Information Security Policy and Operational Risk Policy. What you will do

• Software testing and acceptance: Review and accept the software developed by third-party providers, ensuring compliance with set technical, functional and security requirements. Testing and validation of the software (security, vulnerability, functional). Proper documenting of testing and acceptance results.

• User support and training: technical onboarding of new employees (accounts, devices, MFA) and organisational support of the annual information-security training.
• Reporting: regular reporting on ICT operations, patching status, incidents and open risks to the CTO and, for information-security control matters, to the CCRO; contribute control evidence to our internal control system.

What You Will Be Doing:
Work directly with the Director of Marketing to build algoseek’s organic visibility from the ground up on a newly launched WordPress site. The content exists. The strategy exists. The pages exist. What does not exist yet is proper technical SEO implementation, AI search optimization, indexing, measurement, and iteration.

You will own on-page SEO, technical SEO, AI search optimization, content optimization for search intent, internal linking architecture, indexing strategy, search performance measurement, and reporting. You will be the person who knows why we are or are not ranking, and what to do about it.

What We’re Looking For:
AI-first search understanding. How AI searches and finds information is different from traditional search. Its focus is different. It surfaces articles and information that are genuinely useful, not filler. You must be able to explain how AEO and AIO work, not just conceptually but practically. If your SEO knowledge stopped evolving in 2023, this is not the right fit.

On-page technical SEO. Yes, H1s, H2s, H3s, meta tags, structured data, internal linking, crawl optimization. This is the baseline. Stating the obvious is not a strategy. We expect this to be done correctly as a matter of course, not presented as a deliverable.

Strategic thinking that leads to execution. We have heard enough plans that never get executed. We do not need someone who talks about what they would do. We need someone who does it and shows the results. Complete projects, start to finish. Not fragments.

B2B and technical content understanding. Our content covers quantitative trading, market data infrastructure, backtesting methodology, exchange licensing, and real-time data pipelines.
