What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Design and develop high-quality Flutter apps for Android and iOS
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define APIs and build full-stack features
• Write clean, testable, maintainable Dart code following best practices
• Implement custom Flutter plugins to bridge native functionality when needed
• Integrate with real-time communication tools (e.g., WebRTC, sockets)
• Work with product managers and designers to deliver smooth, performant UX
• Debug, profile, and optimize performance across devices
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development cycles

You are a perfect match if you have:

• 5 + years of experience in software development;
• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart;
• 2+ years of experience with GO;
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and cross-platform development;
• Solid experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs;
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC / Cubit, Provider, Riverpod).

Nice-to-Have / Advantages:

• Experience building or maintaining Flutter plugins (Android/iOS interop);
• Familiarity with WebRTC, signaling, and real-time streaming protocols;
• Experience with Firebase, WebSockets, push notifications;
• Familiarity with clean architecture and test-driven development.

What you will do:

• Analyse team processes and share recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with team managers, domain experts, and top management to enhance both new and existing processes.
• Stay up to date with tool updates and create automations to optimize existing technical workflows.
• Work with documentation and analytics to ensure accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct team surveys — design questionnaires, collect feedback, analyze results, and highlight bottlenecks.
• Manage system access, documentation workflows, and process compliance.
• Research and test tools, software, and AI solutions to support marketing and operational needs.
• Provide daily operational support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and task execution.
   

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ year of experience in operations, analytics, or process management.
• Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets and working with large datasets.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• English at Intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with databases, Notion, and FigJam, as well as basic programming skills (vibe-coding).

Working schedule
