The team develops an internal data visualization platform — essentially a "video and data player" that renders a 3D scene, a lidar feed, and an audio feed in sync, used to inspect and debug the data recorded by autonomous vehicles.

The work centers on a set of Vue-based projects, including the platform itself and supporting Python backend services, with a Vue → React migration on the roadmap as the broader engineering organization standardizes on React. This is a long-term engagement for an engineer who is comfortable across the stack, cares about clean and performant code, and can drive features from design to production with high ownership and minimal supervision.

We’re looking for a Technical (Python) Support Engineer to keep our production applications stable and fast during weekend shifts. You’ll handle incident triage, bug fixes, and small improvements while collaborating with the core team when escalation is needed.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot Python/Django web applications

What we’re looking for:

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Experience: 6+ months with Python & Django OR no commercial experience but:
  • Completed relevant courses/bootcamps (Python, Django, Databases, AWS)
  • Strong fundamentals (data types, HTTP/REST, Git, basic Linux, debugging)
  • Hands-on projects (pet projects, labs, internships) — GitHub links welcome
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (or another relational DB)
• Basic familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Role Purpose

This is a creative role. The input is raw studio footage of cars — clean, static, well-lit. Your job is to turn it into short-form content (15–60 seconds) that performs on TikTok and Instagram Reels: hooks that hold attention, cuts that land on the beat, formats that match what the algorithm is rewarding right now. Rhythm, timing, and trend awareness matter more here than technical polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (15–60 sec) from studio automotive footage for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Select and sync music and sound effects; match cuts to beat and current platform trends
• Apply colour grading, motion graphics, and text animations — price callouts, feature highlights, detail emphasis
• Adapt a single source asset into multiple formats and aspect ratios (length variations, vertical/horizontal)
• Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends continuously — transitions, sounds, formats — and bring new ideas to the team proactively
• Maintain brand consistency and meet the team's content release cadence

Requirements

• Portfolio of dynamic short-form edits for TikTok or Instagram — automotive content is a plus but not required; the editing style matters more
• Strong command of at least one professional editing tool (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Developed sense of rhythm and timing — you edit to music, not just alongside it
• Clear understanding of short-form video mechanics: the hook, attention retention, pacing, and what makes people watch past the first three seconds
• Self-directed: able to take raw footage and propose edit concepts without a shot-by-shot brief
• Conversational English for day-to-day team communication

Nice to Have

• Experience editing content for automotive channels, dealerships, marketplaces, or catalogues
• Familiarity with automotive content formats: detailing, test drives, before/after, comparisons
• Basic audio design skills: mixing, level normalisation, sound layering
• Experience managing high-volume output — multiple edits per day from a continuous stream of source material

You will be an important part of the pre-sale/product/development team where you jointly take responsibility for co-creating the outcome. The projects are often green-field and long term

• It’s a plus if you hold one of the following certifications, or similar: IIBA CCBA or CBAP, OMG UML, OMG BPMN.
• Effective command of spoken and written English and Ukrainian – you should be able to elicit project details, participate in workshops, and clearly articulate your decisions.
