Location: Fully Remote (Europe / CET Timezone overlap required)

    The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst to become the right hand to our Head of Product.

Because 95% of our user base is Dutch (international expansion starts soon), our Head of Product focuses entirely on customer discovery, strategy, and market feedback. Your mission is to own the internal execution. You will master the complex logic of our tachograph platform, bridge the gap between product strategy and our development team, and ensure smooth, predictable release cycles.

You will work closely with our Head of Product, CTO, and a talented team of 6 full-stack developers and 4 QA engineers. About half the team works remotely and/or speaks Ukranian.

    What You Will Do

    • Master the Domain: Proactively learn the deep technical logic of our SaaS platform, data analytics, and EU tachograph legislation to become our absolute internal product expert.

    • Translate Strategy to Execution: Act as the primary bridge between the Head of Product and the development/QA teams. You will translate high-level Epics into flawlessly detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

    • Product Analytics & Optimization: Define, set up, and track product analytics for both internal and customer use. Analyze data from PostHog, MS Clarity, and Google Analytics to identify adoption trends, UX gaps, and friction points (e.g., dead clicks).

    • Internal Product Expert: Serve as the go-to technical point of contact for our sales and customer support teams. You will answer complex product questions and collaborate with support and marketing to translate new features into clear, user-friendly knowledge base articles, release notes, and product manuals.

    • Release Management: Manage the backlog in Jira, prioritize sprint deliverables alongside the Head of Product, and orchestrate a logical release schedule.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Experience: 3+ years as a Technical PO or Business Analyst in a complex B2B SaaS environment.

    • Technical & Data Aptitude: Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles, API logic, and data-heavy platforms. You know how to set up and analyze product metrics to drive UX improvements.

    • No-Assumption Mindset: You write exceptional user stories. Developers rarely have to ask you "what happens in this edge case?" because you have already investigated the data and documented it.

    • Proactive Communicator: Fluent English speaker who manages their own time flawlessly and isn't afraid to proactively extract requirements from a busy Head of Product.

    • AI Curiosity: You are excited by an AI-first culture and are comfortable using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate spec writing and product management.

    • Bonus: Previous exposure to or affinity with logistics, transport, or compliance software.

    Our Tech & Tool Stack

    • Development: React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
    • Product & Design: Jira Software, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Figma
    • Analytics & Tracking: PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Sentry
    • AI Tools: OpenAI Codex, VAPI, v0, Stitch, Gemini, ChatGPT
    • Comms & Version Control: Mattermost, GitHub

    About Roadsoft & Our Platform

We are a fast-growing, fully bootstrapped, and profitable SaaS scale-up based in Amsterdam. We build highly innovative compliance software for EU transport companies. Our platform ingests complex tachograph data, analyzes it against strict EU regulations, and turns those analytics into actionable tasks to help companies proactively avoid fines. In 2022, we were the first to introduce task-based compliance to the market, and the industry is still playing catch-up.

While our core product is deeply rooted in data analytics and compliance, our engineering culture is AI-first. We are currently launching the industry's first AI Voice Agent (powered by VAPI) to autonomously call drivers regarding infringements. We aggressively leverage AI across our workflowβ€”from Codex-assisted development and AI PR reviews to UI/UX design via Stitch. You will be joining a team that uses the best modern tools to ship faster and smarter.

Our Hiring Process We move fast. A successful candidate can be hired within a few weeks.

    1. Intro Call: A first chat to assess mutual fit.
    2. Second Interview & Test Case: A deep dive with our Head of Product and CTO, discussing a realistic technical test case to see how you think and structure your work.
    3. Offer

Equals 5 is a Healthcare Marketing SaaS for Pharma and Life Sciences. Our platform leverages exclusive NPI-level targeting technology to help brands reach healthcare professionals across 20+ channels with precise, user-level reporting.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the Identity team. This is not a standard ETL role. We are building a dynamic data ecosystem where AI is deeply integrated - both as a productivity multiplier and as a core component of our data processing logic for identity data enrichment and data scoring.

You will own the infrastructure that handles over 10,000 executions per minute, ensuring stability, scalability, and data integrity. You will work with a modern stack on Google Cloud Platform, utilizing Cloud Functions, Kubernetes, and a highly advanced N8N implementation (up to 20M executions per 24 hours).

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement pipelines that utilize LLMs to analyze and score identity data in real-time. Integrate AI models directly into the decision-making loop, balancing accuracy with latency and cost.
    • Architect scalable data solutions using GCP, Python, and N8N. Decide how to route, process, and store massive volumes of identity data. Manage storage with BigQuery and Apache Iceberg for TBs of data.
    • Maintain and optimize N8N instances - complex dataflows, custom Python nodes, and performance tuning for 10k+ execs/minute.
    • Manage PostgreSQL performance under heavy load, optimizing complex queries and indexing strategies.
    • Utilize Apache Spark for data transformations and batch processing when lightweight cloud functions are not enough.
    • Proactively monitor the system.

    Requirements

    • 4-5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend Engineering with a strong data focus
    • Production AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into production applications via API
    • Expertise in GCP: Cloud Functions, IAM, Networking, Cloud Run
    • Strong Python: Clean, efficient, and testable code; comfortable building custom logic
    • Kubernetes (K8s): Experience deploying and scaling services in containerized environments
    • PostgreSQL Mastery: Proven ability to handle heavy write/read loads and optimize schemas
    • English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

    Nice-to-have:

    • N8N / Workflow Automation experience at a deep technical level

    What We Offer
    - Fully remote with flexible hours (aligned with EU timezones for syncs).
    - Influence on quality strategy across the entire engineering organization.
    - A cross-team role with visibility into every part of the product.
    - AI-first tooling.
    - Claude Code licenses and cutting-edge AI development workflows.
    - A team with no bureaucracy, decisions are made fast.
