    We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. This role is focused on managing and growing our presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while creating engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business goals.

    Expectations:

    • Proven experience in social media management for brands, ideally in fintech, esports, or communications.
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to create and manage engaging visual content (basic design/video editing skills are a plus).
    • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of social media analytics tools.
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken) will be an advantage.

     

    Future tasks:

    • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for 3 active projects across industries such as fintech, esports, and communications.
    • Create original and compelling content (visual, written, and video) optimised for each platform.
    • Maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across channels.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to measure effectiveness and guide improvements.
    • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in line with brand voice.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and effective.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, communications) to align social media efforts with overall project objectives.
