    Lead negotiations with event organizers, contractors, and vendors regarding stands, merchandise, and services.

    Work closely with internal teams, including Affiliate Marketing, Management, Design, and Finance, to align event objectives with overall business goals.

    Oversee all aspects of event preparation and on-site execution, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

    Provide logistical support for team travel, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and other travel-related needs.

    Manage the affiliate program's social media presence to enhance visibility and attract potential partners.

    Maintain thorough documentation of event planning and execution, and prepare detailed post-event reports.

    What you will do

    • Own website content
      Keep every page correct and current. Update copy, screenshots, captions, alt text, and release notes. Track UI changes and features in development with the tech team.
