🧠 About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Head of Product to lead the development of our core product – Proxima Cloud CRM.

You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, enhancing its functionality, adapting it to new markets, and ensuring the technological leadership of the product.
 
This role is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in CRM systems (Veeva CRM, SalesForce, OCE, Hubspot, Monday, Zoho etc.) and the experience in the pharmaceutical industry considered a strong advantage.
 
🚀 Key responsibilities:
 

• Define and implement the global product strategy for Proxima Cloud CRM
• Manage the entire product lifecycle: from gathering requirements to launch and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with tech teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current product vision
• Organize cross-functional strategic sessions to drive product innovation
• Build and scale the product team
• Support customer acquisition and expand the partner ecosystem

 
🎯It’s all about you:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience in building and/or leading CRM products is a must
• Experience working with web and mobile products
• A strong track record of product development with measurable business results
• Experience in managing projects, budgets, and teams
• Familiarity with unit economics and product development frameworks

Skills we are looking for: 

• 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. 
• Higher education (related field), Certifications in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Agile methodologies, or Product Management (e.g., Reforge) will be a plus 
• English – Intermediate and above  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
• Writing clear and detailed user stories. 
• Backlog management and prioritization. 
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles. 
• Experience working with development teams. 
• Defining and tracking product KPIs. 
• Data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. 
• Market research and competitive analysis. 
• Product roadmap planning and execution. 
• Leading cross-functional collaboration at an organizational level. 
• Defining long-term product vision and strategy. 

Additional skills we would appreciate 

• Understanding of the basics of working with data (SQL, basic principles of working with databases).   
• Experience in the following areas: Ride-Hailing, Ridesharing, Mobility, Logistics, Delivery.
