Location: Kyiv, Chernigivska metro.
Work mode: 80% in-office / 20% remote.
Who You Are- The last 3+ years of work experience should be in IT, with at least 2 years in tech-driven data analytics (e.g., SQL, Python, visualization tools).
- Professional achiever: highly self-organized, with a problem-solving, get-things-done mindset.
- Dependable: morally consistent, emotionally steady, and responsible even when it's unprofitable/inconvenient.
- An independent self-starter as a tech-driven Data Analyst who gets things done but is also eager to collaborate with tech colleagues and non-tech clients on delivery and service. Brings high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to every interaction.
- Comfortable with international business travel (quarterly).
- A fast learner who thrives on mastering new technologies is a default.
What You'll Do
Preparation, launch, and analysis of marketing campaigns for clients:
a. audience selection (segmentation)
b. communication algorithm design and implementation
c. testing
d. dashboard creation to visualize the results
- Providing customized analytical reporting upon client demand.
- Automation of regular reporting.
- Performing dataset updates, data quality assurance, and building ETL processes.
- Client interactions involve managing requirements and expectations to address their needs.
Your Competencies
Must have:
- Solid command of SQL for building complex queries and optimizing performance.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis.
- English speaking proficiency β B1 level or higher. Reading, writing, and listening B2 or higher.
Nice to have:
- Python for data analysis and visualization (libraries such as Pandas, Polars, Numpy, Matplotlib) and machine learning (e.g., Scikit-learn).
- Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms and their application.
- Basic knowledge of YAML and HTML.
- Personal experience in Banking sector, Marketing, Retail.
