Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to support the Data, AI, and Ingestion team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day technical execution while acting as a bridge between engineering, product, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and has previously worked as a developer before moving into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to the Data, AI, and Ingestion team
• Actively participate in day-to-day development and technical decision-making
• Raise and manage technical and delivery escalations
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Principal Engineer
• Guide developers on best practices, architecture, and code quality
• Support planning, estimation, and prioritization activities

We are looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager to join our software development team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end delivery, work with distributed cross-functional teams, and serve as the key link between client expectations and internal execution. You will lead client engagements, ensure operational alignment, and support both financial health and long-term relationship growth. Most of the projects you will manage will be in the FinTech domain, requiring high attention to detail, security, and compliance standards.

Example with the project:

New projects are coming, so we are looking for a PM to join a few of them.
It can be discovery phases, outsourced fintech projects from scratch, or built based on our DashDevs product - FintechCore White label banking platform.

As a PM, you will work closely with the Program Manager, who will manage your work in terms of the strategic account and the company's goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery: Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are met.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, drive proactive communication, align expectations, and build trust.
• Integration & Process Management: Ensure smooth coordination across engineering, QA, and product teams; manage change and delivery processes.
• Quality & Risk Management: Monitor project quality, track feedback, identify risks early, and lead mitigation strategies.
• Financial & Margin Oversight: Track project financials, forecast budgets, monitor profitability, and support contract renewals.
• Team Collaboration & Resource Planning: Coordinate with team leads and HR to manage onboarding, resource allocation, and overall team well-being.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine delivery processes and client-facing communication for greater efficiency and transparency.
   

About you

• A 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project manager / Scrum master in software development projects (preferably in Fintech);
• Strong knowledge of every phase of the software development lifecycle;
• Ability to set up the processes and guide the Agile team;
• Ability to prioritize and control the deadlines;
• Accurate Scope management,
• Risk analysis and risk management,
• Ability to plan and manage releases;
• Lean development focus;
• Confident communication skills that help to build relationships with both clients and teams.
• Focus on value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and project management software.
• Experience with the Fintech projects

As a PM you will work mostly with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google meet, and internally created dashboards that will help you in your daily routine. 
On our projects we use modern technologies that our tech team recommends based on each project’s needs.
