    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies;
    • Performance Monitoring, Attribution and Analysis;
    • Ad Creation, creative testing and Optimization;
    • Efficiently manage advertising budgets across Facebook and Instagram and Tik Tok. Google, Youtube, and other platforms are a plus. 
    • Oversee attribution reporting;
    • Stay informed about updates, changes, and new features across various ads platforms.
    • Run ads across multiple Geos

     

    Required Skills and Knowledge: 

     

    • Must have an excellent  capacity to learn / understand  / analyze our market, our  customer avatar and our competitors;
    • Experience working with web2app or e-commerce models with proven, impressive results (purely lead generation specialists are not a fit for this role).
    • Intermediate+ English level;
    • Experience in media buying at least 2 years;
    • Deep level of experience with Facebook ads;
    • Tik Tok, youtube and Google ads are a plus;
    • Deep understanding of key conversion metrics, CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, etc.;
    • Experience working with subscription SaaS business models
    • Understanding of marketing funnels. 

     

    Preferred Competencies: 

    • Experience working in β€œhealth” niche.
    • Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
    • Strong writing ability 
    • Ability to use AI tools to generate creatives
    • Ability to work with CRM’s like Keap, Active Campaign

    About the Team and Role

    This Technical Support role is about more than technical onboarding β€” it’s about helping merchants grow with Solidgate from the very first pre-sales call to scaling their payment flows. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and operations, owning the technical side of merchant integrations and shaping how businesses across the world work with payments.

    • End-to-end technical onboarding of new merchants, from first integration to go-live

    Job Summary

    As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead analytics that connect player behavior, traffic performance, and product outcomes across the iGaming lifecycle. You will own end-to-end analysis for key domains, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting, and deliver insights from funnels, cohorts, retention, and LTV to drive product and business decisions.     • 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing/product/web analytics in the gambling/casino/betting domain is a strong must.
    • Solid knowledge and deep understanding of iGaming product and performance metrics: player behaviour and retention metrics, marketing and traffic metrics, operational metrics, and financial metrics.

    1) Build & Maintain an E2E Test Suite

    • Implement end-to-end tests using Playwright and TypeScript
    • Cover critical user journeys such as:
      • Onboarding
      • Core product flows
      • Payments
      • Outputs and results
    • Add regression tests for every discovered bug to prevent recurrence

    2) Integrate Tests into CI

    • Run E2E tests automatically on every PR via GitHub Actions
    • Block merges when critical flows fail
    • Keep test execution fast, reliable, and stable

    3) Translate Product Behavior into Test Coverage

    • Review PRDs, tickets, and feature descriptions
