    About project

The product is redefining post-acute care by replacing fragmented, manual workflows with intelligent AI-driven automation. We help healthcare providers manage patients, not paperwork, by delivering robust throughput and intelligence across clinical, financial, and compliance operations.

    The Role:

We are looking for a product-focused Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. You will be a key player in building our system, which involves developing sophisticated APIs that interface with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and building advanced web-scraping tools for healthcare referral platforms.

This isn't just a coding role; we are looking for an engineer who understands the "Why" behind the "What." You will work in a high-efficiency environment where AI tools (Cursor, Gemini, Claude Code) are part of the daily workflow to maximize output and quality.

    Technical Stack

    • Frontend: React (Proficient)
    • Backend: Go (Primary/Preferred) or Node.js
    • Languages: TypeScript (Strongly Preferred)
    • Workflows & Scraping: Playwright, Temporal (Airflow experience is a plus)
    • Data: EMR website scraping, PDF parsing, and data point extraction
    • Architecture: System Design focus; Cloud-native development

    What You’ll Do

    • Automate Workflows: Design systems that remove data access bottlenecks and automate clinical data entry.
    • Build the "Injection Track": Develop and maintain APIs that reliably scrape and sync data from EMRs and referral platforms in real-time.
    • Collaborate via Design: Participate in "1s design discussions" to align on architecture before implementation.
    • Leverage AI: Use modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, LLM wrappers) to build faster and smarter.
    • Take Ownership: Move beyond task execution to ownership—meaning you don't just follow instructions; you understand the business context and ensure the solution fits the need.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 4+ Years Experience: You have a solid foundation in full-stack development and have worked on product-level code.

    • AI-Forward: You are already using (or eager to master) AI coding tools to 2x your productivity.

    Our Culture & Philosophy

    • Context is King: We provide clear business requirements and motivation. We expect you to understand the "Why" to build better "Whats."
    • Execution Levels: We expect our engineers to operate at an "I do" level—taking a problem and owning the solution from design to deployment.
    • Efficient Growth: We value unique perspectives and a proactive approach to work.

    We Offer:

    • Medical Insurance in Ukraine and Multisport program in Poland.
    • Offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv) and Poland (Wroclaw) or Remote.

    About the role

As a Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to all aspects of an agile software development life cycle, including design, architecture, development, documentation, testin,g and operations. You will push your design and architecture limits by owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through software development. Apart from that, you will be responsible for industrialization of existing prototypes, containerization, and organization of CD/CI workflows and automated tests. Context of the role: Vessels operate in the middle of the ocean, with very limited connectivity that is both costly and slow. We install the device on the vessel, and all processing runs directly on the device rather than in the cloud. Only updates and troubleshooting are performed via the available connection. You must be familiar with highly optimized coding practices and extensive development of automated tests in pre-production.

    Requirements
Candidates for this position are expected to have technical background in Computer Science and Engineering, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms

    • Experience in software development (Python, C/C++ is a plus) for performance-critical applications in resource constrained environment (example: IoT edge devices)
      • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (CD/CI, Git, Docker, ...) for deploying and maintaining applications on remote devices
      • A taste for high-quality software (clean code, high test coverage, peer reviews)
      • Excellent written and oral communication in English (international team and clients)
      • Experience in IoT edge device deployment is preferable
      • MCU/sensor programming and industrial communication protocols knowledge is a plus
      • Knowledge of signal and time series processing algorithms is a plus.
