You will help rapidly prototype ideas, build small PoCs, and experiment with solutions based on large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI techniques. Your focus will be to implement well-defined tasks, run experiments, and use GenAI tools to speed up coding, analysis, and documentation – while learning how to do this safely and reliably in production-oriented environments.

We’re looking for a Head of Payments  to build and scale a high-performing global payment infrastructure across our products
 

The range of tasks:

• Payment Infrastructure Performance – enhance efficiency and scalability;
• Business Development: market analysis of payment providers, searching for opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio of payment methods and negotiate with payment providers & international banks;
• Regulatory Monitoring – stay ahead of industry changes;

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in payment solutions, PSP operations, or fintech.
• Background in high-growth tech companies or venture-backed startups.
• Proven experience in structuring complex business challenges, conducting market and competitor analysis, and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and performance analytics.
• Ability to build and optimize business processes, improving operational efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• High-level communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence and drive business decisions.

About the project:

Boards is an Israeli-founded, mobile-first sales enablement platform designed to streamline communication and enhance productivity for direct sellers, distributors, and businesses of all sizes. The platform consolidates essential sales and marketing content, such as messages, images, videos, and links, into organized, shareable boards. This setup allows users to quickly access and distribute information, facilitating efficient customer interactions and team collaboration.

Technological stack: Java, Selenide, Appium.

Responsibilities:
 

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize an existing scalable mobile test automation framework.
• Collaborate with the development, QA, and product teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless automation integration.
• Write and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Maintain and improve existing automation processes, ensuring high code quality and test coverage.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the automation pipeline, troubleshooting failures, and improving overall performance.
• Improve and extend reusable code libraries to support ongoing and future automation needs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and industry trends in test automation.
  
  Requirements:

   

• 4+ years in automation testing for mobile & web.
• 2+ years of experience with Appium.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Java or Kotlin.
• Ability to develop and execute test strategies for mobile applications across different platforms (iOS, Android).
• Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and best practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (ability to pass a technical interview in English and collaborate effectively on an international team).
