What you should have:

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing, with hands-on ownership of User Acquisition for subscription-based products, both mobile and web
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct accountability for growth metrics— revenue, CAC, ROMI
• Confirmed cases of scaling web acquisition—numbers you can talk through, not just channels you’ve touched
• Channel mastery: Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and beyond. You can walk into any ad account, read what’s wrong, and tell the team exactly how to fix it
• Deep understanding of unit economics, attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics
• Experience owning significant marketing budgets, from allocation to defending the numbers behind it
• Leadership experience with direct reports—you’ve hired, mentored, and made hard calls when needed. You know what a high bar looks like, and you hold it

What you will do:

• Analyze monetization funnel and pinpoint areas of improvement
• Find a balance between revenue generation and user retention
• Optimize and increase conversion rates (turn users into paying and loyal customers)
• Come up with optimal solutions and improve web onboarding
• Perform A/B tests; generate unique ideas and hypotheses, prepare reports showcasing results

What you should have:

• 2+ years in a Growth Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager role, with a focus on B2C products (web2web/web2app funnels)
• Proven experience in optimizing conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV
• Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
• Solid understanding of unit economics and key business metrics
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and turn insights into impactful solutions
• Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, analysts, designers, marketers)

• At least an intermediate level of English; understanding of language intricacies and specific vocabulary

   

  Will be a plus:

• Experience with payment systems (Stripe, Solid, etc.), including chargeback/refund management and improving AR

We’re looking for a Senior BDM & Growth Manager who owns the full sales cycle, brings in new clients, and works closely with the CEO to spot where we grow next. This is a hands-on role — you own deals end to end, from first call to signed contract.

🎯 The mission

Drive new business for Viso: find opportunities, run them from first call to close, and turn them into closed deals and revenue. Beyond the classic sales plan, you’ll help identify new markets, partnerships, and growth angles worth testing — and you’ll be the one running the experiments, not just proposing them.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait for a ready-made plan — you find opportunities on your own, form hypotheses, test them, and turn them into concrete results.
