    We are looking for a data-driven Middle SEO Manager to join our global SEO team. In this role, you will take ownership of the organic growth for an international platform, focusing on both traditional search excellence and the emerging field of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

     

    This is a hands-on position perfect for a specialist who loves deep-diving into technical details, fine-tuning on-page elements, and building a bulletproof SEO foundation.

     

    Must-Have Skills and Expertise

    • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a measurable history of scaling international, multilingual projects. (Candidates must provide case studies or project examples).
    • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute a 6–12 month SEO roadmap rooted in semantic search, topic clusters, and advanced user-intent mapping.
    • Technical Mastery & Fluency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals as they relate to crawlability and rendering. You must be able to optimize indexing, Core Web Vitals, and complex international hreflang configurations.
    • AEO & AI Optimization: Expertise in implementing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot, including the management of AI crawlers (e.g., GPTBot).
    • Analytical Precision: Expert-level ability to extract actionable insights from GSC and GA4. You should be proficient in using server logs for SEO A/B testing, cohort analysis, and traffic forecasting.
    • E-E-A-T & Schema Architecture: Strong command of E-E-A-T principles and the ability to deploy advanced structured data (JSON-LD/Schema.org) to build institutional authority.
    • Engineering Collaboration: Proficiency in acting as a Technical Liaison, translating complex SEO requirements into clear, actionable tickets for development teams.
    • Editorial Leadership: Experience in content quality control and briefing authors to ensure all material aligns with search intent and SEO standards.
    • Proactive Ownership: You are a self-starter who thrives on solving complex technical puzzles and takes full accountability for meeting and exceeding KPIs.

     

    Will be an advantage if you have (it's just a bonus skills, not mandatory):

    • Experience in Healthcare/Medical SEO.
    • Academic background in IT or Computer Science.
    • Familiarity with Edge SEO (Cloudflare Workers/CDNs).
    • Knowledge of GDPR/PII compliance for sensitive data niches.
    • Experience managing Digital PR and high-authority link-building campaigns.
