• Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing contracts, documentation, and relevant financial processes, including a comprehensive understanding of legal and accounting fundamentals, drafting agreements (e.g., service contracts, donation agreements), preparing supporting documentation, and ensuring general compliance
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English; additional languages are an advantage
