    We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO specialist who has a proven track record of driving results specifically in the US and Canadian markets. If your experience is primarily with other regions or international markets, this role is not the right fit. We are only interested in candidates who deeply understand the North American search landscape—someone who can show tangible results from US- or Canada-based SEO campaigns in IT, SaaS, or B2B industries.

    This is an in-house SEO role, focused solely on our brand (not client work). You'll be responsible for driving long-term, sustainable growth in search rankings and qualified traffic.

    📍 Schedule: Full-time, remote
    🕓 Working hours: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM EET (US business hours)



    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Develop and execute a complete SEO strategy tailored to the IT/SaaS/B2B space
    • Perform technical audits and implement site-wide improvements (crawlability, indexing, site speed, etc.)
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
    • Optimize existing content and create SEO content briefs for high-converting landing pages and blog articles
    • Collaborate with writers and developers to implement SEO best practices across content and code
    • Monitor key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, click-through rates) and adjust strategies based on data
    • Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge

       

    What You’ll Need:

    • Proven experience managing SEO for IT, SaaS, or B2B companies
    • Demonstrated success in the US and/or Canadian markets—experience with other regions is not relevant for this role
    • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
    • Excellent understanding of keyword intent, content optimization, and site architecture
    • Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics and how websites are structured for SEO performance
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and present actionable recommendations
    • Fluent English (B2/C1+) with strong written communication skills

    🔧 Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing billing operations, ensuring accurate billing calculations and on-time payments from affiliates and advertisers;
    • Maintain and update billing records using Google Sheets;
    • Coordinate with advertiser managers and finance teams to capture all costs and revenues accurately;
    • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue tracking;
    • Handle client billing inquiries (affiliates and advertisers);
    • Support in preparing financial reports and analysis;
    • Contribute to improving billing workflows and overall team efficiency.
